People are always nice & friendly here but last night we ordered 2 orders of the mini apple pies, which should have been 12 little pies (imagine McDonalds apple pies, but smaller), and what we got was what looked like a small apple pie thrown in a bowl, shaken up, and given to a customer. Went back in and it was as if the girl thought we were dumb for complaining. We did get 2 fresh orders, and they were delicious, and looked as they were supposed to look, but seriously, do workers not look at what theyre serving their customers before they serve it?? I worked in a pizza place in my teens and even as a young teen, I would never have served that to a customer. Glad the site is close to home and the pizzas are normally delicious!!

Horrible place. Lindsay who works there has a horrible attitude and immediately started mocking me on the phone when I tried to ask what was going on. Probably the worst pizza Hut you could go to. We ordered one day and it took an hour to get delivered and I live less than a mile from the place, and it was cold. Ordered again and after an hour called and told it was being delivered. I called a half hour later and Lindsay who answered the phone just got an attitude about it and hung up on me. Not sure why they are in business of their staff cant treat their customers right. It shouldnt take almost 2 hours to deliver a pizza and getting hung up on, on the phone. Ridiculous.

This Pizza Hut is TERRIBLE! I believe in giving businesses second chances but we have tried this location several times and they just cant seem to get it together. Their delivery usually runs at least an hour past the time they tell you, if you try pick up youd better check your pizza because it is probably the wrong one, and their customer service is horrible. I am not sure how they stay in business which is really too bad because we love Pizza Hut pizza.

Horrible service and they lie to you. I ordered pizza and was told it would be an hour and 45 minutes for the delivery. 2 hours later I called and they were headed out the door and should be here in 10 min. 30 min later I called again and they told me they could not locate my order and they would have to resubmit it and I would have to wait 1 hour for the delivery. I cancelled the order and will never order from this store again.

Ordered from this Pizza Hut with an expected wait time of 1 hour (which is still long I.M.O.). Arrived 2 hours 30 minutes later lukewarm. I assumed they had a driver quit or something, stuff happens. Still, wouldnt you call the customer and give them the option to come pick it up? Found out later from others this is pretty normal. WIll order from Dominos from now on.

I ordered a 3 cheese pizza on Monday, Feb 9th. The person who waited on me was so extremely kind and courteous both on the phone and when I picked up the pizza. Im sorry I didnt get his name, but I was not a Pizza Hut fan before, but now I will start calling this location all the time. And PS the pizza was excellent!

I ordered four pizzas yesterday for a small informal birthday party only to be called back ten minutes later and told that they were our of ingredients and would not be filling any more orders. If you are not prepared and capable of being in business close your doors. Will not use pizza hut again.

If you want crappy pizza hut pizza go to a different location. I arrived at the store after the time it said my order would be done but after ten minutes of waiting and my order still not being ready I just left. Other patrons said they were waiting for over 30 minutes.

They need to train the people who answer the phone. "mumble, mumble, mumble." Talk slower and enunciate. The first impression is the biggest impression. Not impressed. Hope the pizza will be better then the phone conversation. "Mumble, mumble, mumble."

Says 30 mins for delivery but ends up taking 1 hour and 15 mins. Completely useless and very slow. Get your timing together. This is getting ridiculous. Where is #Dominos when you need them. Im tired of being lied to by this company.

This place is horrible...seems like every time we get it for delivery they say 40 mins (live leas then 5 mins away) and we have to call at least twice and shows up 2 hours later..and its cold.

Got a late night pizza once when my wife was pregnant. Employee was friendly and pizza was decent for the price. Plenty of better choices though.
