So I went through Watertowns Subway drive through this evening. I ordered 1 steak and cheese melt sub and 1 subway melt sub. I also ordered 2 cookies. It told me the total was $12.12. I come up to the window and the lady tells me its $14, I was bit confused by that. But I just forgot about it. When I got my bag of food back, I got a salad, the steak and cheese melt sub and no cookies. I then went back inside to say I ordered a subway melt sub, not a salad and that I didnt get the cookies I ordered. They gave me my cookies, and refused to make me the sub. I swear over my life I asked, in the drive through for a subway melt sub not a salad. Storming out of the store, I drove home. I had an adult call subway and yell at them because thats absolutely ridiculous. After a few minutes of yelling at them on the phone, they finally said they would make me the correct sub. I go back into subway to get my correct sub, and they still would not give me my sub. They didnt even give me a receipt when I first ordered my food in the drive through. Shouldnt customer service be the number one thing, employees and managers should be working for!? Im so furious about this and the subway in Watertown will never be receiving my service again!!! I paid with my hard earned money for something I did not ask for. I should at least get my money back!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS

I just had the same thing happen! I went through the drive thru, ordered a italian herbs n cheese with mayo and vinegar. I get my sub, and it had merinara on it, which ruined the whole sandwich. I brought it in, and same stupid thing! They never gave me my receipt and wouldnt give me my sub. Ive never had good service there but i kept going back because there is no where else to eat here. Now i for sure am never coming here again. Wast of time and money. Most of the people working there definitely do not care about the costomer service.

Do not go here! Ive worked years in customer service and have never been treated so poorly! We went through the drive thru and ordered subs but when we got to the window they said we ordered salads which was not the case. They would not switch the order to subs because then their bowl/plate count would be off. Seriously lets sacrifice having loyal good customers for a bowl count!!! I dont care that there are only a few food options in Watertown, I refuse to go back to that Subway!

This is the best subway!! Today I had a flat tire and I ended up in their parking lot. So of course while I waited for the tow truck I ordered some food! Excellent service and the food was super delicious! On top of that my phone died and the very kind employee let me call AAA and my husband from hers. They made sure I was very comfortable the 2+ hrs I waited for my car to be repaired. +A service!!!!!

I ordered a meatball sub and when She finished I forgot to ask for parmesan cheese when I asked for it she told me she didnt have F****** time for it. Would not go back to this subway again. If I could give negative stars this place would be a -5.

They just kind of suck. No sugar coating here. Slow, only ok food, they dont do what you enter at drive through (want extra pickles?! Nope). Come on guys how hard is it to run a business? How about hiring competent people and not only teens.

Took 20 minutes to get my food in the drive through. The only reason I didnt drive off is because I pre paid. Crappy attitudes of employees also

I mean it is just a Subway after all, staff has much to improve on and the store front doesnt seem as "fresh" as they would have you believe.
