Was not impressed by the wait staff. An Italian restaurant that cannot provide a recommendation of their Italian red wine collection is NOT an Italian restaurant. The calamari was substandard not impressed. Cheaper/better quality at Olive Garden. Meal came too fast to be prepared by hand. Entire meal arrived to table in 6 minutes. Seafood Cannelloni was crafted horrendously. Might as well have been mock fish soup. Overall, not worth the price. Better to spend money at an Authentic Italian restaurant such as Bar La Grassa or Cossetas. Highly disappointed in their attempt on Italian Cuisine. Will not be returning until menu is reevaluated.

This is normally one of my favorite restaurants for a nice piece of fish and glass of wine. But, we stopped in on a Saturday night - usually for weekends, we will make a reservation through open table and granted, we probably should have done that. But, we checked in and the hostess told us it was about a 50 minute wait -we thought no problem - glass of wine and an appetizer and by then well probably have a table - WRONG! an hour and a half later when we were still waiting for a table,we left and went to another restuarant - thats also a favorite and were immediately seated - granted by then it was probably 9pm.

I just took my friend here on Saturday at 5pm. It was a bit of a wait but the warm coffee drink I had while waiting was amazing. Julie the server in the bar was equally amazing, she was fun, honest, quick and really made my time there memorable. Michelle was my server at the table and she was very helpful and nice, she allowed me to try some red wines that I was not positive about, and even gave me a suggestion. I had the butternut squash ravioli, which was delicious, on the smaller side portion wise, but came with salad and bread.

My girlfriend and I hadnt been there in years but wanted to try it out again. It was a slow afternoon, and even with the abundant wait staff, we still had to wait several minutes for service at the bar. The food was still decent, but the fact that we were run into a few times by the waitstaff and the Sunday brunch equipment they were putting away with no apologies really bothered me and put me off. I will not becoming back and will go to porter creek whenever I happen to be in the Burnsville area.

They butterflied my $27 steak after being offered for the quicker grill time. I said no. Apparently speed is more important than quality and customers preference. I was given a discount. Food was small portions for money. Would rather of gone to Applebees for similar quality food and better price. Giving two stars instead of one because the Bloody Mary was great! If you want a great steak go to porterhouse....

Had a lovely lunch this afternoon at your restaurant. Our server was fantastic, as were our meals. My only disappointment was my dessert. I ordered Tiramisu. What I got was a shape-less layered mixture of dry lady fingers and custard. It was completely flavorless, probably due to the fact that the lady fingers were not dipped in coffee as they should have been. Sad. Everything else was wonderful.

On occasions like Mothers- Fathers Day and Easter, we like to try different buffet restaurants, but NOTHING comes close to Chianti Grill. The price is just right and the food and staff are great. *Tip, book the mentioned occasions early as possible as they will be booked. Then youre left with places that charge way too much and provide less quality.

Chianti has tasty food, but thats not what makes eating there such a wonderful experience. They take that food and offer it with an extensive list of cocktails, wine and beer. Not to mention the service is great as well. For example, if you get Johnny as your server then youre definitely in for a treat! He was attentive, knowledgeable and upbeat.

We had lunch for 6 on a nice afternoon. Austin, our server paid the right amount of attention, no pushing, gave us time to settle. He recommended a great Italian wine. The apps were as I remember. Stuffed mushrooms, dip, calamari. We had the walnut salad, the burger special, soup. What an afternoon.

Great for lunch or supper. Food is high quality and appetizingly presented with the flourish of ground pepper & grated cheese. Wait staff can vary friendly-wise, but can be generally described as capable and efficient. Lovely dining hall and seasonal special cocktails cap off a real treat.

Very nice decor, comfortable, and great mood lighting for the evening. I was dining solo, and not dressed up. Regardless they greeted enthusiastically and seated me right away. Food is great, had the chicken parmesan. Overall, great experience and I would recommend it to others in the area.

The Ahi tuna is some of the best I have ever experienced. Try the Viking Martin wow!!! This is a awesome restaurant. You can not go wrong dinning here. The staff is awesome and they definitely know there business. Our waitress Kirsten was well versed in every aspect of her position.

For the price, I expected to be blown away. We went for my boyfriends birthday. The calamari was chewy and the pasta I had was just okay. With a bill close to a hundred dollars for only 2 entrees, an appetizer, and 2 drinks I expected more. Not sure if I would go back.

Bruschetta is delicious, service is great, decent wine selection, and if you order meat they actually prepare it the way you ask. Be wary when ordering a salad, if you dont ask for dressing on the side you might find yourself with some soupy greens.

They have the best staff here. They are always friendly. The Sunday brunch is well worth the money and a visit here. Its usually busy at night so plan to wait for a few minutes but while youre waiting they sometimes have wine sampling going on.

Sunday brunch is really good. They have a handful of options for breakfast and lunch on the buffet. A made to order omelet bar with good filling options. The atmosphere is warm with high vaulted ceilings giving it a bit of a grandeur feel.

Tasty food, and a classic atmosphere. Great for a date, kid-friendly enough for families. I would just say the food is a tad more expensive than I would expect, but it is a very nice dining experience otherwise.
