Food was good, service was not. After waiting a very long time to be seated, we were about to leave, when a waitress (who didnt seem to be the one who was supposed to host) finally asked if wed been helped and we cautiously decided to stay. Our waiter was overly quick to leave after taking our main orders, missing an additional drink order until a later pass. The bread was a very small portion and not refilled, when there was more than enough time to do so. After finishing our entrees, I had been mildly lamenting the lack of any dessert options when our waiter showed up to collect the plates... and asked if we wanted to see the dessert menu. It would have been nice if it were with the main menu, or in the drink menu folder, so we could consider it earlier. I want to make clear, none of the service problems seemed to be due to attitude, the staff were quite nice and seemed to be making a reasonable effort. They just seemed to lack proper training, direction, and management. The menu was also rather limited, and I overheard another diner complaining to the staff about this, to which their waiter replied (perhaps a bit too candidly) that the staff at this location would like to do more, perhaps seasonal dishes, but the short, unchanging menu was imposed from above. The entree, as I said, was quite good, and not oversalted as many Italian restaurants do. The tiramisu was good, though the glaze drizzle on top was a bit overdone. The prices were certainly reasonable for the quality of the food, and they werent very busy for a Tuesday night, except at the bar, though perhaps I now know why.

More expensive than Olive Garden, but worse than Sbarro. Heres what we ordered (carryout): 1) Truffle Arancita: Got this for my wife because she loves truffle oil. She couldnt discern any truffle flavor at all. Only an oily greasy taste. Actually had to throw this one out. 2) Potato Prosciutto Soup: Really salty. Otherwise mediocre. 3) Chicken Parmigiana: Worst dish of the lot. Cost $15, but Ive had better chicken parm at mall food courts at a fraction of that price. Pale and flavorless fried chicken breasts covered with a dull, flavorless cheese and a soapy, lemony, overseasoned pasta. 4) Italian Nachos: This was actually decent. Kind of greasy, but you expect that from nachos. The peppers add a nice kick. It looks like they really tout their pizzas on their website. I didnt order one, so I cannot speak to those, maybe theyre good. The problem here is that the ambiance and the price point have you expecting something like Romanos Macaroni Grill, but based on what I ordered the food just doesnt live up to the price. I was surprised to find out that the executive chef for the place was from Ikes - Ikes is great, but something got lost in the transition to Italian.

My daughters went in to pickup my takeout order. During the initial call Alexander the server was very rude. He wanted to deny my daughters service because he thought they were coming in late to dine-in. He lacks common sense and good customer service skills. He asked his manager in front of my daughters if he had to serve them. She told him of course and explained to him that they were probably there to pickup the takeout order. Normal intelligent people ask questions and dont just assume things if they arent sure. I would recommend Alexander for retraining because he didnt get a the memo on how to treat customers. SMH I ordered chicken wings and they were good.

Went out on a lunch date here and i ordered the salmon and a Caesar salad. Salmon was delicious. My salad came out without dressing on it. I asked the waiter if it had dressing on it and he said it did. I ate some and for sure no dressing. Asked for dressing and a half hour later he finally brought it. Service very slow. A lunch in a quiet restaurant took over an hour and a half.

Disclaimer, we only had the pizza. Which is awesome. It is Neapolitan style that is wood-fired. This is one of our favorite places, cheaper than Punch Pizza with still a great taste. I would recommend the Tuscany pizza. Decor is very nice, and have never had any problem with parking. Wait staff can be a little slow at times, but usually isnt a problem.

We came here a few years ago because we were staying in the hotel it is connected to. It was convenient for us. HOWEVER, we come back every time we are in the area to eat here. Service and food are good! We usually split the pot roast which is fantastic and get their chop chop salad which is amazing. Thanks for always being a good go to restaurant!

Had pizza to go from here tonight. Never heard of the place and was just expecting Papa Johns because someone else was getting it. Then this stuff shows up, as soon as I see it I can tell its wood fired which surprised me (you need about 800 degrees to char dough) after tasting it was was delighted with its deliciousness. Will get again.

Five stars for the food, drinks and service. My husband had the Carne Pizza and liked it, its a bit spicy. The Chicken Marsala was fantastic, one of the best meals I have had at a restaurant in a long time. Thank you Sierra for the great service. We look forward to coming back soon.

Awesome place. The serving staff are quite well trained. The food is amazing, I recommend the Mac and Cheese with the chicken breast add on. There drinks are quite wonderful too. Whenever I take someone new there, it becomes an instant favorite of theirs.

I had the Italian Dip, which was very good. Our table also ordered the spaghetti and coppa chicken, which also had a good review. We went when the place was practically empty, and the service was still slow and inattentive, which is our only complaint.

Great experience. Nice atmosphere. Friendly and attentive staff. The salad was good, the mushroom pizza was great. No complaints, a rarity it seems these days. A little out of the way and unimpressive from outside but worth finding.

This place was absolutely amazing. We had the triple mac and cheese and two different kinds of their fire grill pizza. We also had the tiramisu which was delicious. I will definitely be going back to this place when I am in the area.

Had the chicken Alfredo. Tasted bland and chicken was like rubber. Dinned around 8pm on a Wednesday, and there was a group of four guys drunk at the bar being loud. Our waitress seemed more interested in the then helping us.

I have been here 5 or 6 times. Great flavors and very broad menu selection. One of the better attached-to-a-hotel restaurants anywhere an absolutely the best restaurant around Mall of America.

Not bad at all for a restaurant inside the hotel. My wifes plate was excellent. Mine was too spicy and got replaced but then was a bit bland, but I can only blame myself i guess :)
