ate here a week or so ago hoping it would be decent as they had some gluten free options for the gf. the service and ambiance were fine, but the food was just terrible. the only positive thing I could say is whatever gluten free pre-made pasta they used, it was a good brand and it was fairly well cooked. everything else about the meal was awful. I should have looked at their website as the food looks exactly like the pictures (not flattering in the least). the baked artichoke dip seemed to be from a can and they put a couple random veggies on top and warmed it up (but not enough to brown the cheese). I tried the penne cardinale, it was extremely watery, and I counted 2 pieces of artichoke in the entire dish... borderline inedible. honestly, it seemed like whoever was in the kitchen didnt have any training at all, i cant remember the last time i had food that bad.

The food has been very good at Andiamo since it opened about 4 years ago. But they have dramatically increased prices (an average of 33%) while reducing portion sizes. And tonight they did something that no other restaurant in the Twin Cities has ever done: told us that "happy hour" was considered a "special discount" and could not be combined with any other coupon. Really??!!?? We eat out at least two or three times a week around the Twin Cities and NO other restaurant would ever dream of making that kind of statement. Never mind that the things on happy hour were completely separate from our other coupon, they decided that making the additional $10 (and losing us as customers forever...and getting lots of great social media publicity) was more important than satisfying their customers.

My husband and I went here for the first time and were so glad we tried this place! Food was fantastic, as was the atmosphere. Only downfall was the lack of people inside. Would have added to the atmosphere had it been a little more "hopping". Also felt like the lights were a little high and the music a little too soft. But otherwise, a wonderful place and we cant wait to go back to try out other dishes on the menu (everything looked delicious but unfortunately we couldnt order it all!). Go here! You wont be disappointed. I will definitely be encouraging our neighbors to try this place!

Working with Andiamo catering for our wedding in June 2017 was an awesome experience. Matt helped us every step of the way as we asked what felt like a million questions, and the product the day of our wedding was just as good as the meals weve sat down and ate there in the restaurant. They traveled for us, were extremely independent during the event, and provided input throughout the planning process to keep certain costs down. We had a wedding of 300, served family style, and these guys rocked it. Through the whole process, Matt and Andiamo were wonderful to work with.

We are from out of town and my husband called and asked what they recommended. We picked up 2 plates to go and it was DELICIOUS! Ate it in the hotel while the kids were sleeping and have no idea what the name of the meal was but it was a shrimp Mediterranean type angel hair pasta and was fantastic! Wish we didnt live 6 hours away but if we ever make it back to this area well plan on taking the family here for sure!

This Restaurant is a FAMILY FAVORITE!!! Been going there since they opened! The GREAT feature of this place is that it is a family owned restaurant! - They STRIVE to make your meal memorable! One of the best little secrets in Eagan! - They will make your meal to the specifications that you desire! Honestly, the best "BANG" for the Buck around!!! LOVE THIS RESTAURANT!! Excellent Italian cuisine that is consistent and high quality. Andiamo has far surpassed Buca as my go-to for Italian food. The prices are reasonable, the Chicken Andiamo is amazing, spumoni with chocolate sauce is a nice treat, and the staff is friendly. They also have good margaritas and a nice selection of happy hour food and drink.

Wow, the food was amazing and the portion sizes were larger than usual! This is the best Italian food Ive ever had. The staff as well as our waiter Ariana was very friendly and helpful with the food and drink choices. I had the special Quattro al Forno. A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. We got our food fast and fresh. This is a must try restaurant.

Good and service consistently deliver. We always try one of the specials, tonight was a gnocchi dish with spicy Italian sausage. My daughter enjoys the ravioli with their pesto cream sauce. The sauce isnt on their menu, but its available and it rocks. And theyre always happy to apply the sauce to the kids menu. Life this place!

Ate here this week with my husband and 3 kids. Loved the food, the service by Jacob and other staff was excellent, and two of the kids ate free due to a Monday night "kids eat free per adult entree" special...a wonderful surprise to us! We had the Mahi Mahi and the Manicotti and they were both delicious! Highly recommend!

We love to stop by for a nice lunch. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. Love the mural on the wall! The soup and salad lunch is really good. Both of the salads and soups are good and distinctive. The Toscana soup is just a little spicy, unexpected but great complement to a potato base. Good lunch menu and happy hour.

I have celiac disease and any time we travel to the twin cities from central wisconsin, my wife and I can enjoy some of the best Italian cuisine weve ever encountered . Great menu selections. Great service. Noise level was very loud, drowning out the romantic Sinatra music. Some customers brought kids. We had no wait for seating on a Saturday night. Complimentary bread is always nice. Great place for Italian in Eagan, my only complaint was the charges to add vegetables to my dish.

Great Food, was very busy and our drinks, appetizer, and entrees all came out with very little wait. Our server Alisa F. and she was phenomenal. Every time we come here we try something new and are happily surprised. We will be returning because of the great food and service. Keep up the good work.

Great restaurant! They were prepared for a group of 12 within 4 hours and the simplicity of making reservations online was a plus. The food and cocktails were excellent and our waitress was wonderful. We will definitely go back. Great first experience overall!

I went to Andiamo on a Saturday by myself and there was about a 20 minute wait. Now I know why. This was by far the best Italian food Ive had. The staff is extremely friendly and treats you like family. Its great dining experience that you should not pass up.

Went for a birthday celebration with 4 generations including our 9 month old grandson. Service was friendly and efficient. Food was excellent and plentiful and the value for money fantastic. Would throughly recommend. The baby loved all the attention too !

Excellent food at a decent price point. Had our rehearsal dinner here, it was fantastic! Unlike most places, there is no deposit or charge for large parties (we had 30+ people), so its really a great place if youre planning on bringing a large group.
