Absolutely delicious. I had the steak diavolo piada, my fiancee did a create your own with crispy chicken, pesto, Alfredo, spinach, and sun dried tomatoes at the chefs suggestion. Both were amazing, far far better than anything else Ive ever had in the Mall of America, and Ive come to the mall regularly for eighteen years. The piada sticks are delicious as well, and the cannoli chips are even better than the cannoli I had from an Italian deli run by New York City Italians from an old family recipe. If youre hungry in the mall, head to North third floor and hit Piada, you absolutely wont regret it.

Ordered a wrap and soup. Food was excellent. A very light refreshing yet filling meal. If youre looking for a new flavor for your taste buds you must eat here. Ate at the Woodbury location. Staff were nice and the eating environment was well set up. Pricing matches the atmosphere and food quality. Definitely will be back.

While working at Shake Shack as a opening store transfer, I eat here everyday on my breaks. The whole crew is incredibly congenial, but most of all is Paola. She is extremely generous, and charismatic and I absolutely loved talking with her. The food is great, the company greater. Ill miss Piada!

This food has so much potential yet fails horribly at delivery. The ingredients are top notch but if you actually order a piada and dont ask for no mayo/dressing/etc it will be a sloppy mess that over takes all other flavor and for a few of my friends, leaves you with an upset stomach.

The staff are personable, knowledgeable of the menu, and pretty quick considering they create your dish on the fly. I had the Diavolo pasta, which had some heat to it. It was a bit under seasoned for my taste, but a little pepper helped. Overall, pretty good. Id go back!

Ordered a Chicken basil pesto street bowl and a tomato basil soup. The food was very salty. Perhaps it was an off day as the reviews for this restaurant are fairly positive. The peach tea was pretty good. The staff was also very friendly.

Love this fast casual Italian concept. My wife and I had the tuscas, the Italian Trio and the Farmhouse. Both delicious! Had both the orzo and quinoa sides, great flavor from fresh ingredients. Our new fav MOA eat spot!
