I am Chipotle fan. But I had another bad experience at the northtown mall site. I went in just before 8 last night and stood there and waited. No one was at the beginning and there was a gentleman waiting before us. After about 5 minutes of a group standing around. I said is anybody working. Got a dirty look from a employee. Then someone came up. Come to find out the gentleman in front was accually with a lady being helped. He had to wait while she got her food. One person at the line one at the register. Others hang out in back. When I finally got to order they had an attitude cuz I said something about getting help. Then we went to sit and I needed lemon. The lemons and limes were empty. I went to the register and asked if they had lemons cashier came out with limes. Didnt say they were out. And I was sitting by it. So I went back up to the counter and asked for lemons. She laughed and walked away. Comes back and says she cant find them. So I went to sit down and a guy came up were out. So I used limes not the same. But it was all I had. I only ate half. So I went up to get covers and the cashier was in the corner texting on her phone. Not happy with customer service there. Never going to that one againg. The gentleman in front of me did say thank you for getting there attention.

Im a fan of Chipotle and have been to many different locations and have always had a good experience. This location, however, was the worst. Ill never return again. They ruined our food by drowning everything with gobs of sour cream - even though we specifically asked for "light sour cream." The prep cooks are really sloppy. I get thats what Chipotle is all about - dumping tons of stuff on your food but this was over the top. My daughters burrito bowl had more sour cream than chicken or any other topping. Then literally half of the pop was out - as in they were sold out of them. The only options left were water, Coke, and Mello Yellow - which neither tasted right as the carbonation wasnt correct. We ate about half of our sour cream food and threw the rest away. We vowed never to return to this location again.

First time for me and my significant. Attitude from employees for asking whats mixed in the food. Guy standing scooping tomatoes couldnt even say what the items were to put on. Chick at the register had an attitude. Didnt ask if there was anything else. Was trying to discuss with my significant if we should have anything else and she takes the card from my hand. I told her I wasnt done and she just looked at my and returned my receipt. When I called the manager to complain she didnt apologize or say she would work on customer service. I use to work in food/coffee/sales my young years and I know how to treat customers. This place does not know how to treat their customers. I will be talking to corporate as well.

My husband and I have attempted this location three times, all three times the cleanliness has been questionable at best. Food and garbage swept into piles on the floor in the kitchen and by the register are not acceptable. Rap from the kitchen competing with the front floor music, not acceptable. Guacamole smears on the food prep line failing to be wiped up, not acceptable. What other unclean habits of this location are going unnoticed simply because patrons are to happy to buy their burritos and go with out a second glance? We left. We suggest taking the extra 5-10 minutes and going to the St Anthony location. Northtown, you dissapoint us.

Food quality is wildly inconsistent. Some days the food is great, more often then not though the food is merely acceptable. Food quality has gone markedly downhill since they started having a central location do most of their cooking / food prep. Its the attitude of the staff here that really brings down the experience. Bad attitudes all around from the folk prepping the meal to the snarky lady at the register. Also, this was one of the locations that had all of its customers payment information breached, so there is that as well.

Since when do I need to pay extra for chicken on a fajita bowl? I AM A CARNIVORE NOT A VEGETARIAN! Also answer YOUR GOD DAMN PHONE! I will down grade to Taco Bell. Your cashier also didnt give a receipt with her name or the store # on it when my wife battled the crowds. I had to look you up. TOO many untrained punks working that think they are doing us a favor. WE pay YOUR wages! Get better training or better Managers. I didnt want a rice salad for $7.50 or whatever she paid. NOT happy!

This Chipotle is the BEST one around. I live in East Bethel, and when I want Chipotle I will drive past the other Blaine site just to go to the Northtown one. They are much faster, always a happier group of people working there and a great flow. I have never waited in line longer then 5 minutes where at the other Blaine store or the Coon Rapids store, I have stood in line up to a half hour or more, almost everytime. Great job Northtown Team! Keep up the awesome work!

Most of the time I can walk in and start ordering within a couple of minutes, but the layout feels awkward. The tables feel a little too close to where people are walking up for their food and the lighting feels too trendy. On the other hand, I have discovered that I enjoy the burrito bowls much more than the burritos themselves, so thats good.

It was filthy! We came into an empty restaurant yet still had to wait 5 minutes for them to refill the white rice and the Verde salsa. The chips had about a hand full in the bag. Very disappointed, go to st Anthony it is worth the drive. I didnt think I could ever leave chipotle disappointed, but northtown made that happen.

Very rude workers. Chicken has no flavor anymore. Whoever runs this place needs to train their employees on showing good customer service. I dont come here to be annoyed afterwards because some employee is having a bad day and being rude because my boyfriend wanted extra lettuce. Dont go here!! I wont be returning.

WOW. Thats all I have to say. Ate my chicken burrito and the manager by the name of Mauricio came by and asked how the food was. Completely off guarded Im amazed by the team they have here and i always make great deals here! Old GM got canned and Im completely satisfied w the decision he was very weird and creepy.

Disappointed with the cleanliness. We love chipotle, but have been forced to go to Zantigo for our "Mexican" fix. Im no food snob but I literally had to walk out when a customer in front of me found hair in their food. Not to mention the flies flying around. So sad. Step your game up northtown.

I usually got to the Chipotle in Brooklyn park But if I dont have time I will come the the Northtown Chipotle its the closes to my house. But this chipotle is the worst chipotle I been too. Maybe because I always come in around closing time but its sways a bad experience with this location
