On October 13th at 5:45 I stopped into the chipotle located in France avenue to pick up my order to be ready by 5:45. I placed the order at 5:15. Upon arriving the Restaurant was empty however my order was not ready for pick up . I was informed it was being finished. 15 minutes later when I asked about my order they had just started it. The employee that informed me my order would be ready said to the manger that the order was there but did not get sent correctly and had to be postponed for some reason. After waiting my order was incorrectly made. I requested 2 burritos and instead got 2?bowls. I informed the Manager I was not happy to wait over 15 minutes from the time the order was suppose to be ready because the restaurant was given a 30 minute timeframe to complete the order and on top of that the order was wrong . They could have informed of the issues from the start and I would have been happy to place my order thru the regular line. When I informed the manager , older Latino male - I assume was the manager, he said what do you want , a refund , It is my job to make you happy right? He said this in a very loud, sarcastic, rude and condescending tone . When I said no , he said I can have some coupons and threw them in my order bag . I cannot believe you have someone working in your establishment that treats customers this way. At this time I plan to never step foot into another chipotle. Its unfortunate that a long term customer who has always stood by chipotle was mistreated in this way.

Im a Chipotle fanatic, some say I have a problem. I cant get enough, but tonight was my last visit at this location. Its been getting slower, the staff has become ruder and management seems not to care. I even had an employee mention to me that I looked grumpy one evening. Uncalled for in my opinion. Ive even ran into a former manager in line a few months ago that even stated he had heard multiple complaints about this location. Tonights experience was the last straw. Waited in line for 15 minutes, along with the other dissatisfied customers that looked the part. I said hello to the first employee and was greeted with a roll of the eyes. Then proceeded the burrito making, if you want to call it that. Half scoop of rice, half scoop of meat. I asked if they could put more on since it was hardly a normal burrito I usually get. They obliged and mutter something to each other. Ive made my final exit. I will be visiting the Richfield location from now on, even if it is out my way.

I really do like this Chipotle, Ive never had a problem here with the food or my order. Some of the staff here is really nice. I came here not too long ago and there was this Hispanic girl who was playing around while the rest of the staff was working. Her cellphone was sticking out of her back pocket, which is not very professional and i have never seen any other staff members with cellphones, one guy asked her to please hurry and finish some tasks he had given her and she kind of gave him a "whatever" kind of look. then she just kind of walked around. While i was paying for my burrito the nice guy at the register asked her if she could help him with something (I didnt hear exactly what) and she flat out said "NO" which shocked me. then she proceeded to grab a cup and help herself to the soda fountain. this has been the only bad experience Ive had. Not really personal but i feel bad for her team mates because i know how frustrating it is when a co-worker doesnt listen.

This is the last straw with this location. I will never come back.These is something going on with this location. I mean while I was there I noticed that the staff plays favoritism with there friends that come there. For example: The two guys that was in front of us. Their chicken bowls was enormous with 3 larges scoops of chicken and 3 large scoops of rice to match. They didnt even get charged for triple meat. Now when it came to my families order the employee was scrapping the bottom of the metal container. Witch is not sanitary at all. It can cause health issues. She put very little rice and chicken in our bowls and burritos then charge us for double meat. It appears that the staff at this location are always rude as they act as if they dont want to be at work. So, they take it out on the consumers. My family frequently patronizes chipotle but, after this continuous negative behavior. Im at the point where i want to take my business else where.

Depending on when and what time of the day you go. The evening weekday staff can be rather rude. Ive ordered food online and had to go back as I realized my entire order wasnt complete. This happened twice and the staff did NOT apologize for the mishap. Instead I got eye rolls and a "here!!" as if I was a burden!?! SAD! I ordered chips and the young manager refused to give them to me because he wanted to save the last bag for his girlfriend. Ive worked in retail and customer service before so I empathize with those that wait on the public. I always strive to be courteous. However, this location can benefit from some SERIOUS customer service training regardless of how many customers come in. I rather travel farther away from my neighborhood Chipotle than to go here. I wanted to go last night but due to the childish staff, I took my business to an entire different food chain.

The place unexpectedly closed early around 630pm today. This may have been due to low staff, but no sign was posted on the outside.(Big mistake!) Obviously several potential customers attempted to open the doors while we were still eating in. Sometimes customers inside opened the doors for outside customers and sometimes they didnt. People outside got frustrated with this. Many people left. Most everyone was frustrated. The food was good, but the place was a mess. One girl was serving and cashiering so it took about 45 min to get through a short line. During this time, it looked like a manager came in to help before the doors were locked. Too bad about this experience. As a former restaurant and bar manager, to me, low staff usually means bad management.

This place gives Chipotle a bad name. Its always a mess, so I only order to go... but even worse is that when they "run out" of steak (aka dont feel like making any more), it becomes the customers problem. They make no effort to correct their shortcomings. I had no other choice but to order something else, which I ended up throwing in the trash. On another note, the employee that refused to make what I ordered was the girl with the cell phone sticking out of her back pocket. I can only assume she uses her phone in between making orders, which would be extremely unsanitary. It was an unappetizing thought. Good thing, actually, that I threw my food away. I wont be going back to this location.
