I have been to chipotle a lot (sometimes times a few times week since I run a company near one ) and I was there last week was across town and the service was the worst ever. Dirty tables and floors ,how is the food safe ? Hopefully they clean the kitchen better.Also when you have two employees on break eatting at the only clean table And one person outside the front door smoking . Ended up finding a clean table in second area , which I went and asked if they could turn up the heat they said they wont . Next they send this manager ladie out and she was a complete air head . When a customer grabs the general card and managers card they probably arent happy.when I asked if she was the manager she said yes ,not like a manager introducing them self she acted very unprofessional . Next time I will drive to the next chipotle or just save my money and eat somewhere else

Post-food poisoning scare, the steak is sous-vide, and has lost all of its flavor. The suppliers have changed for the salsas and the only thing really prepared on site anymore is the chicken. Final gripe is all the anti-GMO BS that Chipotle spews to make ignorant people feel smug about their food choices. All that aside, the chicken still tastes ok, but its no Maya. Editing review to one star as theyve started to skimp on how much ends up in your meal. Not worth it anymore.

So, I finished working a twelve hour shift at an office in Edina last Friday night 7/21. I came to chipotle to pick up dinner as a reward, and salute to the weekends arrival. Ordered the double steak burrito, brought it home, not even half way through the burrito I was already getting sick. Running to the toilet. Here it is Monday morning 7/24 and I just had to call in to work because I dont trust my own stomach yet. Dr says I have E.coli poisoning. Ill never return here

We have been kidding ourselves making weekly trips to this Chipotle assuming the experience cannot get worse but each time it does. Employees have conversations with each other while trying to set up guests. VERY, VERY Slow and the place is extremely filthy and gets worse every time we visit. Not a good representation of the brand especially for the location. Will not be returning and hope the owner of this location finds this message and fires the whole staff!

Great food but was given bogo coupon that expired a couple days later and wasnt told so went back a week ago and couldnt use it. Also asked if there was supposed to be bay leaves in the white rice and the guy said yes(I dont think so). So I had go with the brown rice Update just got two bowls and they were filled with crushed bay leaves again. The rice was more like mush than rice. Love chipotle but was really let down by this location .

My wife and I usually experience decent food and service, but recently whenever we place an online order we end up waiting 15–20 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. They also are becoming careless with ensuring all toppings are correctly in the order. Tonight for instance I received no meat in my order and my wifes tacos were less than full... Needless to say, Im becoming less impressed with this particular store/location.

I have been to this location 5 times now, and every time is a long wait. This time was at least 20 min before I even got to place my order at 9 PM!!!!! The staff had issues making every persons order, and finally once I got my food and brought it home I find that my chicken wasnt cooked. It was cold and chewy. This Chipotle is very disappointing which is sad because I enjoy Chipotle. Unfortunately 5 times and you are out!

So if you want to order ahead because you have a limited amount of time for lunch at work, dont bother. Even if you show up 5 minutes after your scheduled pick up, they havent made anything yet. Then when they get your order, you sit pretty low on the priority. On the bright side, you know its fresh! But I order ahead so I dont spend a third of my lunch break waiting for my lunch.

They dont make a good bowl, the meat was dry n hard to chew the rice was uncooked on several occasions..overall it was not tasting good. But i love chipotle so much i decided to eat at the one in lyndale ave though its far from my place.to my surprise there was a vast difference in taste..they make an amazing bowl. U guys really need to up ur game.

Since the change in staff in this location this Chipotle is extremely slow, always out of something and the food is either burnt or just plainly tastes terrible. Please take into consideration that I normally do not take time to write reviews like this.

Ignorant staff but not rude. They always have scarcity of ingredients. I love chipotle but this one never provided a satisfying tasty choptle. Better to go to other chipotle locations instead of having uncooked rice and limited tasteless ingredients.

Usually a great place to get a moderately healthy meal for a fairly cheap price. Got a free meal the other day because they didnt have the chicken ready yet. Waited 5 minutes longer than I usually do but paid nothing in the end. Made my day!

Arrived about 2 minutes before they opened door was unlocked. When I walked up to the counter was told they didnt open for 10 more minutes. Not a big deal but it was fairly rude way they told me and seemed odd that the doors were opened.

This Chipotle had great customer service and well prepared food. My boyfriend and I had a great experience after a terrible customer experience in 225 E and Hennepin NE minneapolis, which made us glad we didnt give up on you chipotle!

A little disappointed. The chorizo was really cold, im talking 70 degrees. The carnitas was almost as bad. Makes me a little worried about food poisoning. Other than that its a great place, but the food issues need to be rectified.

Food quality is always consistent. Expect to wait in line as people come from all over and are willing to wait for very good food, great service, clean restrooms and a good chance to find seating. Worth the wait every time !!!

Awful. Every time I go to this location I have a stomach ache an hour earlier. The place is poorly managed and dirty. I love this food chain and it disturbs me to have such bad experiences with the location closest to me.

The fajita veggies were over cooked, person making burrito extremely slow, drink area was a sopping mess the rug made sounds from how wet it was when one stepped on it. Otherwise food is as good as it always is.

I loved the service and the food was amazing. But I saw something that made me feel uncomfortable while eating. The man in the kitchen was chewing gum and drinking caribou near all of the food being prepared.

Great Chipotle location! Ample seating, plenty of room if there is a line, fresh food, good service....everything is wonderful! Chipotle is always a great choice when you are in the area....
