This is my first time writing a review but I am compelled to share my experience. First off this IS the slowest Chipotle ever and is always out of ingredients. Some co-workers and I went for lunch and what do I notice?? The young man prepping the meat that goes directly out for our consumption was sweating directly into the steak.His sweat was continuously beading on the end of his nose, dropping into the meat, and repeat without even a care in the world. I mentioned it to my co-workers in line and they could not believe it either. I am ashamed that I didnt make a fuss and warn everyone in the building but...I have notified Chipotle themselves and called the store manager but apparently he or she is too cowardly to return a phone call to a customer who had a bad experience.. I have heard nothing from Chipotle themselves either. I will never return to this location. Especially after not even receiving a call from the manager, they must really care. Everytime this place has been terrible service and out of sides, this was the last straw...I hope everyone travels farther to go to different Chipotles that actually care about the customer.

Its obvious to me that the staff at this new location is working hard to get accustomed to the Chipotle way of doing things. Every time Im in there the staff is hard at work teaching the newer staff how to run things. Im happy to see this and Im very happy with the service I get. Whether youre trained or not, you cant beat good service. I dont mind taking an extra second so a new staff member can learn how to ring me up or roll my burrito. I commend Chipotle on doing a great job training their new staff. Something Im exceptionally proud of is that I recently ordered online. There was a minor mistake with my online order. When I contacted the restaurant, Kitchen Manager, Mike Vue, was happy to share why the incident occurred. He also asked me to come back in and offerred me a free lunch for the inconvenience. I came in and shook hands with this great young man, and now Im an even bigger fan of this restaurant. I live less than a mile away from here and plan on visiting this Chipotle more often. I hope that they can get adjusted to the training and be on par with other fast paced chains.

The Champlin Chipotle is a complete failure. For a company that is supposedly trying to "Win Back Customers", they are failing miserably! Once again, I stopped by Chipotle in Champlin tonight on my way home from work. Arrived just before 7pm, the line was out to the outside door. After waiting in line for almost 25 minutes, I finally get to the counter only to be told that they are out of taco shells. Seems like a pretty important thing to be out of, and this is not new. This is 3 out of my last 6 visits to this location that they have been out of taco shells. That is 3 out of my last 6 visits that I left without food. I have been a Chipotle customer for many years, having been to many locations around the twin cities, and around the country. This is by FAR, the worst Chipotle location in the history of the company. I will be writing letters to local management, as well as corporate, even though they dont deserve even 2 more seconds of my valuable time. Regardless, I am done with Champlin Chipotle. I will take my business elsewhere.

The rice was dry. The workers yelled at each other so loud that it hurt my ears. The cashier forgot to scan the Chiptopia card of the lady in front of me. They refused to correct the error after they rang her bill up. She was very upset. The taste of my chicken burrito was lousy. It was very dry and unlike any of the hundreds of burritos Ive purchased at other Chipoltes. The restaurant is tiny. The seating is way too close together. They dont even have plastic silverware out....you have to go back to the cashier and ask for a fork,spoon or knife (there is a sign at the fountain drink counter stating this).Worst Chipolte ever. Dont waste your $$ here. The staff is totally inexperienced and it shows with poor quality food & terrible customer service......youve now been warned.

Terrible Service This is an American fast food chain restaurant that specializes in Burritos . Most locations have a similar floor plan and offer the same food. All of them have counter service where they put your order together in front of you. They have burritos, tacos, salads, bowls and basic quesadillas. Chipotle locations typically have a line of customers during meal times. I have visited this location multiple times and find the service to be terrible. The employees never seem happy and dont do anything to help customers. I have complained to Corporate about this location - things have been so bad. Additionally, I have noticed that the servings that they provide are smaller than most locations.

After trying this location 5 times we (a family of 4) have decided that it isnt worth trying anymore. On all 5 visits they were out of something. A couple of the staff members seemed courteous but most acted indifferent. Not the same experience we have enjoyed at any of the other locations. It is especially annoying to have constantly ask for a little more of each item. 1/4 cup of salsa is not even enough for my 10 yr old and it was watered down to boot! Hope they get better, but wont go back unless we hear that they change. Very disappointed!!!!

Really bummed. I hate complaining, but this location has to pick up the pace. Today, we stood in line for 10 minutes... just to have employee announce "we are out of wraps and cheese." Last time it was corn. My biggest issue is watching employees frantically work to fill online orders while the rest of us in line just stand there. Check-out is slow and typically a customer has some major issue with order--which really slows everything down. There are some very nice employees that work there, though. Grateful for that.

Ordered from here tonight arrived to a line out the door an over run staff and a manager who was giving an interview oblivious to the line. My order was not ready. When I did get it and brought it home my burrito the chicken was burnt in and the beans had turned to mush. It was gross. My partners burrito was missing some ingredients and nothing was eventing distributed. This is my first time ordering with chipotle post food safety violations. Im in no hurry to go back.

All these 5 star reviews?? Who is paying you? The food is terrible!! The worse Chipotle I have ever eaten ate, we were so excited you were coming to Champlin! We needed some great places to eat, not slow,dirty,disgusting places. Please take out Chipotle and give us a Taco Johns or a 5 Guys Burger. Anything would be better then this place. Truth hurts,stinks to have to write this I was so happy to see you come to Champlin, now I am sad! Really sad! Sick too!

Ive been here 4 times and everytime they are out of something. Last time i went i had to wait for rice, while there was an employee in the back DANCING to Drake. While i do love his music, it wasnt the time or place for that. And even today I had to wait ten minutes for chicken, I was there during a rush. VERY disappointing, will not be going to this location ever again. I understand its new but learn how to train people.
