Terrible ownership/customer service My employer is in a suburb about 13 miles away but we had to come down to Fridley to get a part, so we figured wed try this place. We called in ahead to try and order over the phone, even offered to pay ahead of time over the phone, but were told they could not accommodate this request. I said fine, Im on my way in that direction anyway, Ill just order in store. Initially the service was decent, but could have been better if management was willing to help the staff make the 5 orders I needed. The food was good, dont get me wrong. But I received a email asking me how my experience was so I voice previously stated concerns. The owner then gives me his phone number to explain things and try to make things right. He informed me that online ordering will be available soon (which it is now), and that wed get a few complimentary meals if we ever ordered again. At the same time he also told me the employee should not have refused to allow us to place our order over the phone anyway. I said no big deal, the food was good and wed order it again regardless. Well, weeks later, no complimentary meals, we order again. This time online. We get our food back and its all wrong, ass backwards. At this point it was decided its not worth complaining. Just never ordering from them ever again, and make our feelings public. Not worth passing 3 different chipotles to get Pancheros when you have no idea how its going to end up. Just go to Chipotle.

When you go out to eat, especially when you try someplace new, you are often gambling. And sometimes you lose. Sometimes you lose big enough that you are actually mad at yourself for trying something new. The place is a Chipolte knock off. As I was ordering my burrito I decided to do the vegetables instead of rice and queso instead of the shredded cheese. What was not even mentioned as that it is $1.00 extra for both. Throw in some chips and salsa and a small beverage and my total was just under $14 with tax. For one freakin meal at a fast food place. I could have dealt with it had the burrito been at least average instead it was a goopy, flavorless mess. The salsa was good and that was about it. At least I saved some calories today because I could only stomach about half of it. Additionally the service was terrible. I watched a customer stand in line to order for several minutes before he just left because there was literally no one there. When I tried to get a copy of my receipt to figure why a burrito and chips costs $14 I literally had to yell into the kitchen to get someone to come out front. I will never eat here again, there is a Chipolte two blocks away that is far superior for less money.

Pancheros is a pretty fresh burrito place, they used to be around some years ago in more places and Im glad to see them coming back. Their offerings are similar to other burrito and taco joints for around the same price. You can add a queso sauce on your burrito which is extra but a good addition, the proteins they offer all taste pretty well seasoned and written their salsas you can get quite the tailored taste in your Mexican food. Sadly this location is still very new and settling into its self so some of the staff are pretty "in training" level of attentiveness, but the managers or at leat trained staff were quick to solve issues before they become problematic and the flavors of their food are what I find really worth it, I like spicy food and you can make it very spicy. I look forward to this place coming into its own.

Its essentially a cheaper, better tasting Chipotle. The main differences between the two is that Pancheros has less emphasis on being healthy (and lets be honest, a big burrito was never healthy), they have queso and fried veggies that add quite a bit in my opinion, and they mix up all the ingredients before wrapping the burrito in a stretchy, soft flour tortilla which seems to stay together quite well. In other words, they solved a lot of issues one might have with other burrito places, including burritos falling apart as you eat them, and the ingredients not mixing (so you get whole bites of just one ingredient)

Pretty good food, I had the tofusada (meat free marinated and sauteed tofu) burrito and its pretty darn good. I love that fact they make the tortilla fresh from dough right when they make your burrito, makes the burrito pretty fresh. One thing I dont like compared to Chipotle is that the fajita veggies (bell peppers and onions) seem like they were steamed or boiled, not as good as the Chipotle fajita veggies. My friend loves the queso, puts it on her quesadilla and the blue tortilla chips to dip, very good.

I read the reviews, but decided to give them a try anyways. The reviews I read were good service, skimpy portions. The service was okay, however the portions were, in my opinion, VERY small. I ordered a bowl, not very much rice, or meat.( I had steak, which was rather tough to chew), I was also charged $1.00 for fajita veggies....As for me it was a one and done experience. Its worth the drive to the other burrito joint down the road for me...

I got off work super late last night and wanted a burrito really bad! I called the store 7 minutes before they closed and asked if they did call ahead orders, she took my order and I literally walked in the door at 10pm. I was received a smile and my burrito. The employees are awesome and the food is off the chain! Special thanks to the Latino guy and the African American lady last night!

Overall it is very good. Tortillas are their strong point, awesome. Sad that it is extra for peppers and onions. Queso is good, chips are good. I love that they mix burrito fillings before wrapping up. As a whole I prefer Chipotle but everybody should try this place at least once to experience it.

Not happy. Went there on Sept 16, 2016. I was told this location does not do "Pancheros Rewards." They said they might get an app for rewards soon, but they cant give me rewards now. I was not given my rewards points. I am very upset and will never go back to this location.

Two reasons why they will never get 5 star review. 1. Music way to loud. 2. Missin that Sriracha sauce soo much. Very good quality food tho and fast service. Edit: Changed to 5 stars as the music has gone down and they told me how to make the Creamy Sriracha sauce.
