Good pizza, a bit on the spendy side yet worth it. The visit was tainted by the hostess. She refused to allow us to sit in the back room stating it was closed. I said that there were people in the back room why cant we sit there too? She answered those were employees after their shift was finished and still refused to seat us there. I then asked to sit in the back of the room she said was open and she refused for an unknown reason and sat us in the front of that room instead. I plead my case again to sit in the back and she ignored me. All we wanted was to get away from the noisy bar section, not sure why she was so difficult.

Had to come on here and change my review after my experience yesterday. Staff was rude and seemed like they couldnt be bothered to bring us what we ordered, walking away as we were talking asking for something we already asked for. The blonde server had a sassy remark for everything we said. And whats the deal with some of what I can only assume were regulars being extremely obnoxious, watched some guy grab a random girls butt and walk up to a table he didnt know and try to take a slice of pizza. Wont be going again anytime soon. Only redeeming factor about this experience was the food was decent.

Our wait for food was long. Our food arrived wrong. My husband got his pizza, mine was supposed to be remade. My pizza was going to cost $12.00, I had a discussion about the crust upon ordering, got the wrong crust, for $12.00 it better be what I asked for.Waited another 20 minutes, no pizza, just a box tossed at us for my husbands leftovers , a compd bill, and a "not your servers fault" speech. Will not be returning to Apple Valley restaurant. I dont need to go out of my way to get bad expensive service. The manager made up a story to cover for his cooks, it back fired.

Never coming back. I havent been in about a year and now I remember why. Decided to order carry out. Used to do this often. Food is never ready on time. This time Im waiting 5 minutes past when I was told it was going to be ready and then Im told the order was never put in. No offer to cover any part of my bill, no offer to make things right. I got a half ass apology and was told I had to wait another 10-15minutes after already waiting 30. Food is good but not worth the horrible service.

Full flavored cheeses, fresh ingredients piled high, marinara sauces, and crispy buttered crusts place their pizzas at the top of the scale. Prices that wont break the bank and sizes for all types of groups. Live sports displayed on multiple viewing screens for your entertainment. Friendly greeters, experienced cooks, attentive well trained wait staff is what makes this place great. Recommend to anyone whos looking for a great tasting pizza.

I have to say that I almost gave up on Old Chicago about a year ago. We had some very terrible experiences at the Eden Prairie location and decided we were done. Friends brought us to the Apple Valley location and I was very impressed by the staff and quality of service. Their manager Cowboy makes all the difference in our experience. Hes wonderful with the staff and guests. I look forward to every visit.

This places corporate is absolutely all about themselves and corporate money. They Dont care about the employees or customers that want the regulars around. Many servers an management have Left because of the corporate money hungry values. My friends and family have boycott this company an I Pray all the employees are treated with respect and given the money they deserve.

Good food and excellent service ask for Derek!!! I went in last night with my family to eat a quick dinner after shopping, it wasnt too busy we ordered food and everything was out quickly. Derek was our server, he is by far the best server that we have had since moving to the area. He was very attentive, nice and did a fantastic job. We will be back again.!

Old Chicago is a great spot to grab some food or a few drinks. The beer selection is enormous at 20+ taps, and the bar tenders are very knowledgeable. If you are a frequent visitor I recommend that you sign up for the World Beer Tour! There are lots of great food dishes to choose from, but my favorite is the pizza. Definitely a great place to get dinner.

Joey the manager is so disrespectful its not even funny . I went got wrong food he makes it sound like its my fault. I have proof of purchase. I am sending out emails in my company telling people how I was treated at old Chicago apple Valley what a waste of a great place Dustin the GM is great too bad his managers under him dont represent what he does.

We ordered two pizzas one was burnt one was raw, didnt complain because the server looked like she cared about us as much as she cared about the food she served. The beer I ordered was as stale as my grandfathers underwear. If you want to go to a tired chain restaurant with crappy food and stale beer this is your spot, enjoy the sub par service.

My spouse and I had our first visit ever there, tonight. We were both impressed. The service was fast, pleasant and accurate. The food came quickly, was hot and tasted great and overall the pricing was reasonable. Weve lived in Apple Valley for 3 years and hadnt been here before, but we both agreed well definitely be going back before too long.

We had the Artichoke Dip appetizer it is the best!!! The assortment of bread, chips, and veggies, so fresh and the dip just perfect. Pizza was deep dish and delicious and our server took great care of us keeping our drinks full, clearing app plates and serving the first slice to each of us. Recommend everyone to give it a try.

Normally good, but not tonight. No one to wait on us; left us standing at the door for 5 minutes. No silverware on the table; no one checked, so we were left to eat our pizza with our fingers. Asked for green olives on half, got green olives over the whole thing. Maybe they ought to increase their staff!

I had a continuing education class/meeting here and the facility was very nice. The food was good, but not great. For the best pizza I recommend checking out Green Mill. But the staff here was very accommodating and there were no complaints about anything else during my afternoon there.

My favorite place to go in Apple Valley to watch the Twins or to do work when I want to get out of the house. Really good food and beer specials and the world beer tour is fun. Service has always been great, in particular bartender Nate and server Malory.

I orderd a beer, and the waitress asked for my ID. I gave it to her and she walked away. When she came back, she told me that it was fake and she would be happy to call the police if I had a problem... It was my real MN drivers licence and I was over 21

Worst customer service ever Joey the GM IS new and should not be a GM just read the reviews the last 4 months the place is going downhill fast. And they dont care about their customers anymore just your money thats all they care about !!!
