Never Step FOOT in here Ill Tell you WHY OK folks today I go to Wyandotte to write a few great review on here and get the most shocking ungrateful restaurant owner of my over 5 years writing 99 % great reviews. I had stopped last night just to pick up a menu and a chicken sandwich to let them know tomorrow I would stop by with the wife to purchase a few menu items for my review. So about 1 pm we enter and say hello that would be buying a few items do a great review,, to which the owner who was there also last night goes totally outta control on me and the wife. Lazo Stojcevski, the owner states I dont give a F what my customers thing and who give you permission to put anything on the web and what your doing is not legal. I told him he had reviews on a dozen sites that have been out there for many years. He then got really mad and starting screaming in a native tongue,,the wife says lets get outta here now. Hes claims to be in Wyandotte 14 years and doesnt care about of his customers and after reading a few other negative reviews on other sites I truly now believe them. Ive written a few thousand reviews on many sites and never has a person or owner treated me this way. I will post this on dozens of sites around the web telling folks to stay out of this high priced outta control uncaring attitude of a eating. SO STAY FAR AWAY NO WORTH IT FOR A OWNER THAT JUST TAKES YOU DOLLARS AND DOES NOT CARE

Ive been going there for years and I have had zero issues. I have always been polite to him and the owner has returned the gesture on multiple occasions. The food is great, coleslaw is very good, and the ranch is some of the best Ive had in my life. The food is always cooked fresh for your order and is even good cold after being refrigerated. I was not going to write this review but upon looking up the phone number to place an order and seeing all of these negative comments, it really bothered me to the point where I had to write it. Never underestimate the power of politeness. It is a carry out restaurant. You are not entitled to his (or that of anyone) kindness and you are not paying for it, so do not act like it. Food service is awful. The man is 60+ years old and deals with the mistakes of various customers from 11:00-8:00 all day, every day. With that said, if kindness is what you seek you will receive it in return At the end of the day, if you want garbage chicken AND poor service there is a KFC just east of Allen on West Rd.

Uncertain, went in there because the reviews of the food were largely good and yet customer service, not so much. I found the woman who worked the phones and counter to be kind. They do only take cash, which is not entirely unusual for smaller food stops. However, as I was leaving a gentleman asked the owner a question to which he "snapped". I am uncertain if he does this as an ambience thing like the "Soup Nazi" on Seinfeld. Nonetheless, I probably wont do the picking up of the food in the future because I do horribly around any kind of yelling (trauma echoes that lead me to crying). The food was good but just moving to this area I think that we will probably explore a few new places first because the yelling was a bit much. Also, the prices on a few online spots are not correct. They have raised their prices so I needed to run to the ATM.

I believe the people who say the owner was rude. I have dealt with him twice, and both times he was rude. I believe he has a problem with women, which doesnt bother me, because I had no problem standing up to him. When I placed my first order for a party of 100 a month in advance, I asked for a receipt. He made a big deal. I said, I am not giving you this much cash without a receipt. He grudgingly wrote one. He then said "make sure youre on time, and by on time, that means 15 minutes early". I said, "Im military, no worries sir, I am never late". When I arrived 15 minutes early for my order, he jumped on me stating "you are way too early, it is not ready". I said "well sir, you stated if I am 15 minutes early, I am on time." The food IS good, but customer service means everything to me. We will never go back.

Best broasted chicken downriver. I have never had any issues with anyone there. The owner even gave my son so extras to try. I guess if your needy from the sounds of the other reviews then dont go there. Ive seen people get mad at the pharmacy over the wait, so if youre one of those people I would say dont go there. Also heres another hint if you dont like what is in a meal then dont buy it. Its just chicken people, not rocket science. To the food critic, dude its just a fast food chicken place, save your reviews for actual restaurant, look at the place...No seating, equals no review. Im only doing this because of the people that are trying to ruin this guys business, which he makes darn good chicken. So eat and shut up!!!

I live only a few blocks from there and have never been there until last week. I wanted to pick up a chicken dinner for the family. As i went to start my order i told the older guy you said he was the owner that i would like to order a family meal bucket. My concern was that i do not like thighs at all and i will pay whatever the upgrade is for breast. His response was "do u wanna buy the place then you can make your own menu, If you want to have a special order then go to KROGER, they sell chciken by the piece". I asked him if he was serious and he said i have been here for 12 years...NEVER NEVER AGAIN>>>VERY RUDE

Never had a bad experience at the coop and the chicken is better than anywhere you can go downriver! If you have had better chicken somewhere else please explain. .. Nobody cares about you getting cussed out for trying slide with a free meal claiming you write reviews. The Best Chicken Hands Down!!

Best broasted chicken Downriver we have been going there for years and the owner is always friendly and very talkative when we go in to pick up. I highly recommend this chicken for any parties or just for dinner you will keep going back. The price is great too!

The chicken breast sandwich was very good. The coleslaw was very good, the French fries were made to perfection! The special ranch dip for the fries just topped off a wonderful eating experience! Lazo, simply a Great tasting lunch! And healthy too!

I have been eating here since this place opened and I am good friends with the owner. He gave me a free 5 piece chicken strip meal for my birthday last year. If you ask anyone in Wyandotte they know what the chicken coop is.

The chicken was great!! If youre expecting any special attention from someone whos been working over a vat of hot grease the entire day, then get over it.
