Its actually kind of funny when you go into some McDonalds and see how hard they work to have good customer service, then you go into a place like this. I called in ahead of time and placed my order. The woman said I had to wait 20 minutes until it would be ready. Ok fine, I waited my 20 minutes then drove to the location. After approaching the counter, I waited 5 minutes until someone even came up front to greet me. Then I waited another 8 minutes until my food was ready ( which Im pretty sure they didnt start preparing until after I showed up.) ... You get the picture.

Super slow, never has grilled chicken on the ready. During drive thru I was told 11 minutes for one grilled chicken meal and 16 minutes for 2 meals with grilled chicken. Once in line, cant get out until everyones thru the drive thru! Yeah never coming back to this place!

Dropped a sandwhich on the floor after wrapping it, put it in the bag anyways with loose potato wedges. Took about 10 minutes for a 2 chicken little and wedges combo, didnt put the right sauces on the sandwhiches, also not enough.

People working here are more friendly compared to Birmingham KFC. They are showing daily delas in big bord in front of cashiers desk. Place looks like more clean and well maintained. Not supper busy during weekend evenings.

Its fast food. What can I say? It aint what it used to was, but once in a while I get a nostalgic craving for a flavor I remember from childhood, and I bite. Its never the same. You cant go home again!

The wait is always so long at the drive thru. Tonight we waited 20 minutes. The lady at the window was really nice, and our order was correct so those are good things.
