We left there not too long ago. Ordered 2- two piece meal. Which come with two sides and a biscuit each. We specifically asked for honey. Obviously for the biscuits. After almost arriving home we turned around. We have the chicken. 2 out of 4 sides and no biscuits. We arrive back and then the same girl who took our money and gave us the food originally then decides she should tell us theyre out of biscuits for the night. Very non- chalant attitude. Walks away. Then comes back and offers to give us extra mash potatoes. Will never come back. And will tell others of this horrible experience.

I havent had a bad experience here yet. A couple months ago, my family came here for lunch. We had an extremely long wait for some reason. By the time we got to the carryout window we discovered there was one woman taking orders, putting everything together, and cooking. She was extremely patient and apologetic for the time it was taking. My next time back I specifically asked for a manager and praised this woman for a very professional job well done.

Decent food/prices, filthy restaurant! Rude employees! I told them that there wasnt any soap in the mens room, she just looked at me and asked what Id like to order... Then never went in to do anything about it, nor said anything to anybody else! I watched closely. The one in Royal Oak is clean, friendly, and worth the drive.. No eat in at that one though, still worth it!

They were very slow. Not to mention, none of them were wearing gloves. So they handle money and then handle our food? No thank you. Then the lady that took our order kept interrupting us and then asking "what else do you want" overall a very bad experience. I would rather drive the extra few miles to go to a better one.

The employees and managers were completely unprofessional and rude. I have been in their shoes before and remained calm and friendly with the employees but they continued to be rude! After that, the food took forever and the quality was terrible. I refuse to go back.

Very bad service! The last four times I drove through they messed up my order, even after repeating it. If they do not have an item they simply ignore or substitute how they feel. From now on Ill drive the extra mile to Chicken Shack, Happys, or the next KFC.

They werent busy and the dining was kinda dirty. The guy cleaning it used one towel for the benches & tables. Besides being gross, that violates good safety. If I come back only ordering inside.

The food is consistent with KFC everywhere, so if you like KFC, you should be happy here. The only real downside is that the décor is getting a little tired.

The last few times I been there the potatoes werent hot and the corn wasnt hot neither and they give such cheap forks to eat with mine broke.
