I never leave negative reviews, but the staff is always so rude here. The staff never knows the menu, barely speak to you, and they seem to really hate their customers. Today it was the young woman that I had to deal with at the drive through window who didnt speak to me, grabbed my card, and practically threw it back at me. To top it off, her hands were covered in perfumed lotion or something, and all of our food smelled and tasted like her perfume. We didnt even eat it. We spent a ton of money here for events, will be taking our business to the other KFC on 12 mile. Will also tell others not to go here for their event orders.

I called in advance to order a bucket of chicken. I arrived 5 mins later to pay for my food and wait. The woman to whom I paid was very rude and terse with me. I parked and waited nearly an hour for 8 pieces of chicken. The staff did nothing to accommodate me for the long wait which I was told would only be 20 mins. Very unsatisfied with the service.

This place is inconsistent in quality of food. The workers are always pleasant and friendly. They were remodeling on last visit & all the food was verging on over cooked/ burnt. Tenders had little to no meat just very dry breading. Everything was DRY. Maybe shut down next time for remodel so product does not suffer.

SERVICE IS INADEQUATE...bought a large bucket of expensive chicken at the drive-up and they left out utensils,napkins, and condiments making it difficult to eat the sides of mac,beans,cole slaw and it was snowing and too far to drive back.My hne call waass handled with a quick I;m ssorry and a hang-up.

The food was so sad.. I ordered the doubleicious, And when I got to the end of the sandwich I got curious and lifted up the bun. It looked like they dropped the cheese on the floor. It was dirty and covered with small fibers & dust particles. Never eating here again.

She screwed up the order and over charged me. She fixed it but the hot wings would have made me late back to work so I ordered a no 5 and all I got were chicken littles! Which is not a no 5!

This happens to be one of the best KFC s on the planet dont mind the place looking busy Ive never seen a place that fast ever! I go there a lot and it is always fast polite and delicious.

Kind of an uninviting atmosphere. Not surprising that there wasnt much customer trafiic while I was here. Cold and drafty dining area. Not very clean and tidy, though the decor was nice.
