During normal business hours ( mon-fri 8-5) the staff here is friendlier than the staff that is there in the evening. im guessing because of all the corporate offices around, they need their more professional staff during lunch hour so maybe people will return in the future. they are always slow, and they dont care if the order is correct or not. each person physically moves slow..as if their brain is always functioning at 50%. dont go to any other fast food place around here either, cause i think they job hop from one place to the next. so same service, just different food.

Floor at the order counter is sticky! There were 4 other people waiting for their food, other than that, the place was deserted, at 7:45 PM. Once I finally got my order, I checked & of course, they gave me the wrong sides. Stood at the counter waitimg, it took 5 mimutes just to get someone to acknowledge me & straighten it out! Customer service is not on top of their list.

The staff was very rude and short, they were very hard to understand(i.e. ebonics is very unprofessional and non business-like). They messed up a simple 3 piece strips order and the chicken wings and cole slaw tasted nothing like the signature kfc recipe/ flavor. idk if they were just having a bad night or what but i will never be returning to this location.

The service is really poor! The employees really need to improve! The food is ok! The service always makes us wait for our food because they dont have any ready on time! They really need to pick up the slack! The employees are very rude! They act like your not even there when theyre taking your order!

The food is made as well as you can expect from a KFC. They always seem understaffed though and youll have to wait for your food. Out of 50 or so take out visits, Im sure for 20 of those I have received something differently than I ordered. I started going to Popeys more often now.

Food is always good- getting everything you ordered & paid for is another trick all by itself- 3 out of 6 times going there & missing food or mashed potatoes instead of fries or dark meat when you ask for white meat gets frustrating -
