I dont expect to be blown away by the level of service at a fast food restaurant, but I do expect the basics: hot food, decent service, and a short wait. Since moving to the area six months ago served by this particular BK, it has continually failed at all three. Food is never hot; Im lucky if its even lukewarm. The employees are polite enough, but they never remember anything you ask of them. Ive eaten nuggets with no dipping sauce at least a half dozen times, even after specifically mentioning at the window to please remember the sauce (as it is sometimes forgotten) . Today was the last straw. "Please pull up over there and well bring it out to you" should at least result in hot, fresh food and a correct order. Instead, the extra wait was 12 minutes, the food was cold, and the order was wrong. The best thing to do is drive a few extra miles and hope for better at another BK. At least thats my plan.

If i could give minus stars i would. This place has gone downhill bigtime. Drive thru employee was so RUDE!! We were in drive thru for maybe 2 min total trying to decide what all we wanted when she said " theres other cars behind you are you gonna place an order or not?" the other cars had just pulled behind us like 5 seconds beforehand!! I was like no. We aint ordering from this dump now. Last time we tried to order she wouldnt shut up so we could order and we left out of frustration. So yeah we just went to hardees. Wont be back to this dump again.

I frequently eat lunch at this location and the food is almost always hot and fresh, although you may have to wait up to 10 minutes to order and then another 10 minutes to get your food. It is always worth the wait just to know that your order is correct. Ive seen several new faces lately and the management seems to be doing a good job in motivating their employees and resolving any issues that arise. Yall keep up the good work!

They dont know how to make an order correctly. Ive been here numerous times and when I say NO cheese on my sandwich I STILL get cheese. Its 1 less fucking item to put on the fucking sandwich. But if ya like having them add extra ingredients that you DONT want on your burger then this is the place for you.

Well, its Burger King. However... Dining room closes at 10, but my order was taken quickly by a well-spoken young lady, my burger was fresh, hot, and wrapped professionally. Fries were perfect, not the leftovers Ive gotten from other places so close to closing time. Great job by the staff! I will return.

Ordered a no. 1 which is a Whopper, fries and coke. I got all the way home and found the fries had been left out of the sack. This has happened to me quite a few times. If you order several things, dont pull away from the window before you check to see if you have what you paid for.

Very fast and very friendly customer service. They greeted everyone coming in and going out with a genuinely nice personality. Rare in fast food these days. Food was what Id hoped for as well. Kudos to all the staff here. Thanks everyone.
