We came in to sit down to eat in at the wrong time! They had 1 waitress, who was new, and the staff was running around chaos. They were messing up orders, ect. Every customer that came in because they called ahead or ordered online were angry about the wait time, or orders being messed up. One customer waited for a pizza he called in for, and waited 15 min before he was told they never got the order. He caused a scene at the register. We waited over 30 min for just regular bread, and never received refills on our drinks while we waited. Our waitress was apologetic, but that doesnt fix that we waited over an hour for 1 large pizza. It was the most ridiculous experience ever.

Did an online order for delivery of pizza and bread sticks, only got half of the bread sticks ordered. When I called the restaurant, the girl tried to put me on hold and ended up hanging up on me, I called back and tried to tell her the problem, ended up being told she had no idea about the internet orders, I asked for the manager. She was ok. When we started to eat our pizza it was very chewy and not done. Pan pizza is supposed to be crispy, NOT CHEWY AND UNDER DONE. Every time we order from here Something is always wrong, ie....missing items, burnt pizza, or raw food. Wont be back! My family has constantly seen this place go downhill.

My moms pizza tasted and smelt like yeast, they offered to make another pizza that she agreed and they did, when she got her second pizza it tasted and smelt the same! Our pizzas had a lot of crust and not a lot of pizza, it also smelt like grease in there. Really bad!! The cups were dirty, and when we went to leave the lady asked my mom if she wanted to throw the pizza away and my mom immediately said no because she payed for it. She gave my mom a tiny box to fit a whole pizza in and then the lady was just sitting down and my mom had to ask her for a bigger box. Basically there was a lot we found wrong.

Horrible. We went in at 6:00 on a Monday night. The waitress looked amazed that there were actually people there to eat. After she got over her shock she told us to sit anywhere and promptly walked away. Those were the only words she spoke to us until we left 15 minutes later. We never got menus or had a drink order taken. There was 1 other party in the restaurant! When we decided to bail and were walking out the door the waitress yelled a very snarky, "Sorry, a little busy!" Did I mention there was 1 other party in the restaurant? Ridiculous.

Rude. Every time I walk in here the person at the register never greets me. And Im always forced to wait for the food that I pre ordered before I got there. I dont understand if theres no one in the restaurant, what the hell is taking so long for my food? And then the lady at the counter named Gail is always preoccupied with something else. I understand that sometimes youre busy, but it takes 2 seconds to make eye contact and say "hello". This is the last time Ill be coming here. I spend way too much money here for bad customer service.

Pizzahut is one of my favorite place in the world. In NY its the busiest place and best place to take your family. I had high expectations. But when I pulled up this place was dead. Tables where dirty. Dark and gloomy. And the salad bar was empty and disgusting. I really hope this place gets a make over cuz they need it BAD

I felt like I was in a bad comedy. The restaurant smelled bad. The tables were sticky with grease. Very slow inaccurate service. The cook was screaming and crying. The waitress acted as she had been drinking . I do t know why we stayed, I wont go back.

We usually get Hungry Howies, but this is the best pizza weve had in a while. The dough is the best part. The sauce to cheese to toppings ratio is on point. Great prices for the quality and quantity compared to other pizza joints.

Pizza / salad bar lunch buffet has moderately finite options, but good/tasty enough and filling. Looks clean. Replenished in a timely-ish manner. Pretty much about what youd expect in the all-you-can-eat aspect.
