Spend most of the year in South Texas, the rest in NW Ohio when not traveling. Had someone up from Texas and he said he wanted some fajitas, being in a hurry and for convenience I stopped in at this Chipolte. Picked up some of what passes for their tacos and because of the small amount of meat (steak) in them loaded the tacos with some of their vegetables. Over the years, the word fajita has been rendered almost meaningless. Fajitas are cross cut beef skirts. I thought it bad enough when places started selling what they called chicken fajitas. Chipolte calls their grilled/sauteed green bell peppers and onions fajitas. When I got the food back my visitor said I wanted fajitas, not whatever these are. When I told him Chipolte was calling the onion and peppers fajitas, he said thats a laugh. This was the first and last time Ill get food from Chipolte.

My review isnt about whether Chipotle is a great place to eat, because it is, its an awesome place to grab a bite. I will focus on this particular Chipotle in Maumee, because frankly it Rocks! I love this Chipotle. Ive tried many, many Chipotles and this one is the best. I routinely eat 1 or 2 Chipotle burritos and bols per day (as part of my healthy diet actually lost quite a bit of weight doing so), so I go to a lot of Chipotles. This one beats them all. Great staff, and what matters the most to me is consistency! Their food tastes the same day after day, which is fantastic. I cant say the same about some of the other Chipotles (Im looking at you Central & Secor Chipotle... get with the game man, I expect, scratch that, demand consistency). You wont be disappointed.

So the manager of this franchise expects patrons to tip his employees? You stand in line to get your food, prepare your own drink, carry your food to your table, bus your table when youre done, and you are still expected to leave a tip? What for exactly? I cant believe someone would be so trifling theyd complain to the media and try to hurt someones political career in a very public manner, and leaving her open for intense criticism from the tea party types for not leaving a tip where you should not be expected to leave a tip. Unbelievable.

Lets be honest - Chipotle is pretty much awesome. This store has had a bit of employee turnaround, but theyre starting to get back into the groove of things. A few months ago, I would have given a 2 or 3*, but theyve picked up their game quite a bit. If youre looking for something super tasty, get the green salsa. Its got a spice, but paired with the fresh OR the corn, its kind of amazing.

This is my go to location for Chipotle. Normally the line is not too crazy and you can get in and out fast. However, a few of their staff members are a bit unfriendly to customers. Ive been yelled at for not ordering the kids meal first and was told it is easier on then if they do that first.... Been back a few times since and that lady was not working, so maybe she is gone now.

This chipotle has gone really down hill in the last few months. They have nothing prepped , consistently running out of main items like black beans and fajitas. Today I went got jipped on rice meat sauce but he drowned my bowl in sour cream. I almost didnt want to pay for it. Worth traveling the extra few miles to perrysburg.

This place is awesome. I dont say this often. Clean, awesome service and food. Anyone that eats here and complains is out of your mind. They give you what and how much you want. Great staff, see those other restaurants really dont have to settle for just anyone working for you. Unless your company sucks.

My boyfriend and I come to this location at least twice a week. Tonight, we stood at the front of the line for 10 minutes without being helped. We immediately left after watching an employee push the garbage down and proceed to pick up tortillas without changing his gloves. Disappointed to say the least.

Been there twice, both horrible experiences. Awful staff; Ive never had a burrito not split down the middle here. Sometimes the employees would rather chitchat with the person at the register than help you, which is totally not incredibly frustrating or anything. Go to the Airport location at all costs.

My roommate loves this place...convinced me to try it...I ordered, it was a lot of rice, that I didnt like and basically nothing else...there was suppose to meat, but it was barely present. Absolute not worth the price, not a fan and like my mom has accurately said, it looks like throw up in a wrap.

Awesome Food & Rocking Staff!!! I love this Chipotle in Maumee..never had a bad day at this place. The staff always in a great mood, greeting each and every customer with a smile (something you dont find at most fast food joints). Great atmosphere. Love the burritos and the soft tacos!

I have heard so much about Chipotle the last few years but never experienced it for myself. Now I have. Its a great spot to get something to eat quick. I hesitate to classify this as "fast food" because with that comes such a negative connotation. This place is actually good.

Best Chipotle in America. We order from our Dealership once a week and Ro by far takes care of her customers. The rest of the staff is amazing too...always smiling and laughing with everyone. I drive from all the way across town to this location. Ro you are the best!!

This is a great location. Our company orders take-out nearly once a week, and their entire staff is amazing, especially Ro. Weve recently started ordering their catering service for our events and the presentation and delivery of it is great. Keep up the good work!

This is a great location. The portion sizes are great, you can get through the line quickly and the customer service is good. I was excited when the Perrysburg location opened but the service there is so pathetic, I think I will drive past it and go to Maumee.

While I do like a Chipotle burrito, I also have to admit Im typically leaving with a headache from the obnoxiously loud music they have...needing to yell across the counter to order a burrito and not knowing how anyone sits to enjoy the meal keeps me away.

Everyone knows the food at Chipotle is great and healthy for you too (unless you bathe your burrito in sour cream I guess). What makes this my favorite Chipotle though is the staff. They are always super friendly and fun to talk to. 5 Stars for the staff.

Of all the Chipotles in town, this location is by far my favorite. The staff is always super friendly and a genuine pleasure to talk with, the food is great, and the portions are surprisingly generous.
