I actually would rather tell everyone publicly about how absolutely horrible this location is and really needs to be shut down! I have given this location MULTIPLE chances to redeem themselves as I typically like the product. But from a customer service and management standpoint this business is literally sealing their own fate. Let me list the issues my family and I have had: - Called to order delivery a handful of times and have been given delivery times over 1.5-2 hours almost every time. Now if they were constantly busy, I would underatand. But I live less than 2 miles away and each time the manager has told me that their delivery driver has had car trouble or was told that the manager was the only one working in the kitchen and they were really behind. I would say this has happened on more than 4 occasions and we decided to take our business elsewhere. - On other occasions we have given them a chance, they are constantly out of product. Especially the last 2-3 hours of the night. Whoever is deciding their prep and/or food ordering has absolutely no clue what they are doing and can only assume Im not the only one that has had this happen to. - When we do miraculously get an order on time and with everything included correctly, there are times when the pizza is very doughy. Now if there are a lot of toppings I could MAYBE understand it could be harder to cook. But normally we only have pepperoni and sausage only. - And last, but not least, the absolutely terrible customer service and management. Whenever we have called to talk to someone about the issues, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE cares! They just say very sarcastically, "What would you like us to do?" No sorry, no remorse, no explanation unless its to make an excuse. They seem to have a revolving door of employees that have no respect for the rest of their team or managers. During carryout and dine in on many occasions there is absolutely no one in the restaurant and all the employees and managers are in the back and takes an average of 3-5 minutes just to be greeted. Than sat at a dirty table, or yet again told they are out of something we would like to order. Then the server/hostess proceeds to tell us, "Yeah, the manager doesnt really know what hes doing, hes new." We heard this twice over a 2 month period. How long does it take to learn your job? I would love to get a expose back as to how Pizza Hut views these issues and have taken a screenshot of this post in case this location tries to delete it. I have also shared this post on Google, Google+, Yelp, and with all my friends and family. Thank you for reviewing my concerns and good luck keeping patrons at this location unless MAJOR changes are made!

This Pizza Hut is very poorly ran. We have had issues each time we have ordered something or had dine-in service. They are right around the corner from our house, so we have given them multiple chances but they continue to fail, miserably. Our last Dine-In experience here, we ordered a particular pizza and waited 20+ minutes for it and when the waitress brought it to our table she says "Oh, by the way we dont have all the ingredients for this pizza, do you still want it?". A complete failure of her job and the managers job keeping their staff informed. Absolutey terrible comminication and crummy service. So.. TODAY...(a few months later) we call in an order for pick-up, wait the 20 minutes they said it would take and whwn we get there its the complete wrong pizza! I mean COME ON!!! Get your heads out of your asses!!!!!!! Dont eat here you WILL be disappointed. Whoever the owner is, should re-evalute who they have running their restraunt and hold their servers and staff accountable for inexcusable errors. We will not be doing business here ever again. Also - Youd think the manager would come out to handle a customer escalation in a timely fashion and at least present themselves with some type of etiquette. This guy comes out with a smug attitude, wearing a sloppy washed out T-shirt and doesnt even have a name tag on. I was not even given a hand shake when greeted, nor was I given his name or any form of apology from him whatsoever. To the owner of this Pizza Hut - Your manager is a clown, damaging your business and you are a clown as well for employing this guy.

Absolutely terrible ..the worst service you can imagine. We live close so have given this location many chances and are always disapoonted 1. They didnt have BREADSTICKS?! 2. Ordered the $5 medium pizza and $5 bread sticks..they up charged us for a pan pizza without us asking...more than once and we have to correct them 3. Went to pick up pizza and both were wrong. My husband asked them to remake them and then came back out to car to wait for fifteen minutes ..he went back in and got "new" pizza when he got back to the car he thought he better check and guess what!? They literally gave us the same pizza they had given us before so he proceeded to take it back in and once inside he learned they had never remade our pizzas and the very rude young lady said to my husband "well what do you want us to do just throw this pizza away?" He said I dont care what you do with is but I want what I ordered..so now we have been there for over a half hour and by the time we got the correct pizza it was nearly an hour from when we first arrived. 4. Just now called and the lady said pick up or delivery . I said Pickup .she then says I am sorry but we are having an issue with our kitchen and cant take orders right now...so why ask me pickup or delivery if you arent taking orders? Moral of the story..this location is the worst dont waste your time or money. Plenty of other pizza places far better than this in the area. We will never think about ordering from here again. And from the looks of the reviews neither will most of Davison

Wife kids and i have been craving pizza hut just drove 30 min and we are never go back. This is my first time complaining about a restaurant ever im a very layed back person but the service was horrible my wife asked for coffee and never got it then when i asked about it the girl went and got it then when my wife got it there was no cream or sugar then had to wait another 10 min to ask for cream and sugar then the 2 small personal pizzas came out and and still no bread that we asked for to come first then the pizzas. The large pizza then came wasnt hot just warm i asked about the bread and they didnt even make it yet so we had to wait another 10 min for the bread and might i add there was only 4 other people in the restaurant and didnt see one person walk in for a pick up i did notice them all hanging out in the back and phones in hand when i took my daughter to the restroom as a iraq vet i love pizza hut i got to eat it all the time at are post in iraq but after tonight i think im going to pass a few bad apples can ruin it for all
