Id give them zero stars if I could. I used to eat at this Chipotle 1 to 2 times a week. I ended up placing a catering order online for 80 people for a work event (which was over $1k) and got 2 email confirmations that the order would be ready. I was scheduled to pick it up 45 minutes prior to our event and when I showed up they had no knowledge of my order. Rather than apologize they started making excuses about how the catering system and the system in store dont communicate all of the time. I ended up getting bailed out by a couple of local pizza joints but when I called to speak to the GM the following morning he too didnt find it a priority to apologize instead blaming it on "an IT issue." After telling him my biggest problem was a lack of an apology he threw a half hearted apology at me followed by "I told you it was an IT issue." When I asked for the number to their corporate offices I was told they didnt have one. I thought he was kidding until I tried to find it online. I ended up finding an email for customer service and explained what took place. I got an email with another half hearted apology and an offer for them to return 50% of our money! I obviously replied and asked how they justify returning 50% of our bill for an order we never received. A few days later the rest of the refund was issued. No sincere apology. No compensation for nearly ruining our event. Chipotle used to be one of my favorite places to eat but I will not spend another dime there because not only did the Briarwood store set an all time record for horrible customer service, the corporate offices demonstrated its clearly a company issue.

This has to be the worst Chipotle in the state of MI at minimum...DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! The employees hired at this location always (even with staff turnover) are EXTREMELY unprofessional, rude, and very TRASHY- consistently. The food is always lower quality BURNT and sits out long and dries out- they begin to close the inside and put chairs on the tables over an hour before the location actually closes to discourage customers from dining inside so they can leave early. Id like to emphasize that this location consistently exhibits the worst customer service that Ive described here, every single time Ive tried to revisit this location after a sizable amount of time has gone by to see if the location has improved...it never does, Im done with ever going back to this location permanently. You pay for extra and they give you hardly any extra, when you reasonably and politely ask for a little more they get hostile, at every other Chipotle location Ive ever been too they are reasonable and respect their customers. I have immense respect for Chipotle as a company but if they seriously do not audit this location and hold them to the company standards and values they will continue to tarnish their reputation. No exaggeration they literally need to fire everyone that works at this location including the managers and start fresh. Horrible.

I go to this location because its convenient to my office. I have to say, its the most disappointing Chipotle of all time. The first time I went, I walked away with a half full bowl with very little meat or toppings. I thought it was a fluke thing (seemed like they were training new people) but I went back again and got the same thing. A half full bowl. No other Chipotle in my area does this. The location by my home is kind of crazy. They often have a hard time closing the burritos and the bowls are bulging. Today when I went I had to ask for more of everything. More rice, more beans, more salsa and I had to ask for fresher lettuce (rusty brown lettuce). Lets face it - NO ONE should eat less than fresh food at Chipotle. I actually got a good bowl for the first time. It pays to speak up at this location because they are very stingy on ingredients.

Being a first time customer to this restaurant I felt like they hated me for coming into the restaurant first they told me that I cant wait in line were I was they said if I dont move that I cant eat there so I moved when I got thru the line I had a burrito and a pop when I went to fill up the cup the mangers came to me and said that I didnt pay for it and that I had to pay for it again or the police would be called so I paid and left. I worked in fast food for 2 years and never seen workers being near as rude as I was treated there please dont go there it will be the worst service in a fast food restaurant because of this I will never eat at Chipotle ever again

It was 12:15p and they ran out of chicken so we had to wait 10 mins for chicken. In the mean time the guy prepared our bowls and left it open on the line just getting cold. The girl sharpened her knife and never wiped it off before cutting the chicken (we now have small shaving of metal in the chicken). The girl put chicken and tapped it to drop a lot of chicken when we asked for a bit more she gave us 3 small pieces. Worst service i have ever encountered and this was the first time we ate at this location and our last! Only good was the cashier!

I eat here frequently as its close to my office and very fast service. I love all Mexican Style food and this place is one of my favorites. Yes, its a large chain restaurant and its not some swanky local fair, but damn... its good. I personally order the Chicken Bowl and load it up with my favorite toppings.

I wont lie. I love chipotle but this one has some nasty employees Lisa is Rude and has a nasty attitude and Hunter to. I promise you I wont be coming back to that one every again. and I will be telling my friends and family not to either.

Dirty as others mentioned. Poor service and the meat wasnt fresh as if never changed all day. What do you expect at Briarwood mall? Go to another Chipotle in the area unless youre desperate.

I am afraid to try this restaurant after reading all the reviews. I cant stand rude workers that think they are better then you. . not very inviting to someone who has never been to one.

Ive never had a problem here. The Staff has always been friendly, the counters clean, and the meat fresh. What more could you want? Maybe a bag of chips and guacamole. Nailed it.

Chipotle is as chipotle does. Line can get long but they move through it pretty quick. One of the best values in Ann Arbor if youre looking for a fresh quick-service option.

The food here is great, but when I order a veggie bowl with only 3 items on it the short girl behind the counter always overcharges me. Watch out for her she doesnt care.

I used to work in the mall and ate here at least once a week. Good, quick service and quality has always been good. Definitely a good place for lunch with an okay price.
