I met two friends for lunch today, all coming from different areas in metro Detroit - so we did not arrive at the same time. In the past, this has been a good central meeting place for us. The food has always been adequate (as it was today), typical of what youd find at a coney island type restaurant. It appears, however, that the service has deteriorated and the owner(s) and staff push patron turnover rather than high quality customer service now. This is very disappointing to me. We had finished our meal and were chatting for a few minutes before one of my party had to return to work when the waitress approached our table to tell us to leave. She indicated that they wanted us out because there was a line at the door (two men when we looked, and they were together) and they needed our table to seat them (there were two other open booths at the time). This wasnt a courteous request. The waitress made it clear that we had stayed too long (about an hour and 15 or 20 minutes from the time the first person in our group arrived). Another table of diners witnessed the waitress exchange and were as stunned as we were. While waiting in line to pay my bill, I noticed how the cashier was giving directions to all the staff and believed she was the manager. As such, I mentioned to her that I thought the waitress was rude in kicking us out as well as in her approach in doing so. I kept my voice low so as not to disturb other patrons or make a scene, but the cashier/manager did not show the same restraint as she began to yell at me. Apparently, we were the rude ones for daring to have a conversation amongst ourselves while enjoying a meal out. How dare we take up a table. Needless to say, I was shocked. I would never expect to be kicked out of a restaurant for staying too long. So, beware if youre planning a leisurely lunch with pleasant conversation or conducting business discussions. Youre clearly not welcome at this restaurant. I also would not recommend for group lunches of any kind since you would take up too much time. Too bad, too, with so many restaurants closing.

I would give this place a 0!! First, I had my 2 year old and a 1 year old that I babysit. They only had 1 high chair available and there was only 1 other table with a kid, 3 tables with people total. I was excited to see all the different burgers and told my husband to pick 2 and we would share. The New York Chicken sandwich tasted like rubber!! It was so gross I couldnt eat my half. The Jalapeno Egg Burger was good but my husband asked for the egg to be fried and it wasnt. The little ones shared a plate of pancakes. (The one I babysit is picky) and they like it but my husband chose Bacon for their side and she kept saying Ham... He said No, Ill take the bacon with that and she said O.k. ham. My oldest daughter got the chicken strip dinner and She said they were good. After the food came the waitress NEVER came back! My husband had to wave someone down to get a refill for my daughter and a chocolate milk for my son. The bill came and it didnt ever hit the table and she was gone. $55.12 later... Without how was your food?, how was everything? Nothing!! Will never be back! I only wish I would have went to pay, I would have complained and I wouldnt have gave her the $5 tip.

My husband and I have been here a couple of times and both times were more than happy with our meals. Both times we got the Bronx Burger combo meal but youd better be REALLY hungry because their half pound burgers will fill you up fast. This time we split a burger combo and got some onion rings on the side and actually had room for dessert. Onion rings were good but a bit oily for my taste. The Bronx Burger couldnt have possibly been any better, cooked to perfection and I added grilled onion to it which they added gladly. Cherry pie a la mode was good but nothing spectacular... just a great way to top off a meal. Cant wait to try their oh so reasonable breakfasts!

HEY. DO YOU LIKE VEGETARIAN STUFF? WHATS WRONG WITH YOU. YOU LIKE MEAT. LOTS OF BEAUTIFUL, JUICY, LOVELY MEAT. YOU KNOW WHAT YOU WANT. YOU WANT A BURGER. AND NOT JUST ANY BURGER. YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE. YOU KNOW WHAT YOU NEEEEED? A BRONX BURGER. LIVE A LITTLE - THESE BURGERS ARE WHAT YOU NEED. DONT SHOW UP AND ORDER A SALAD YOU WEAKLING. DRIVE OVER HERE NOW AND REWARD THAT MOUTH AND STOMACH OF YOURS FOR ALL THE CRAP IT HAS TO PUT UP WITH EVERYDAY.

Nice menu selection, but dont expect good quality ingredients.. had a burger it was terrible, fries were even bad.. the Coney chili is strange too. Service was OK. This is the second time I was there. The first time the server was so rude I didnt even want to ask her for ketsup. If your into low quality food this is the place for u. Inexpensive menu cost justifys the quality.

Went there an hour before close. Got the wrong salad dressing, no ketchup, then about 20 mins to close started vacumming right underneath me, and asking me if i was going to eat anything else. I understand they want to get ahead of the game on clean up but I was a party of one, and there were still four other parties of three or more in there and they werent bugging them.

I have yet to find something I didnt like at Bronx Burger. Their salads are very generous sizes and their burgers are delicious. They serve everything from breakfast to dinner all day. Service is great too, very friendly staff, they are always chatting up my coworker. Onion rings taste great, but are strangely orange.

Another "regular" spot for lunch during work. Very good burgers and fries here. I have had the L.A. Burger a few times and find the avocado on it to make it one of the best there! Very friendly and hardworking Waitstaff that easily takes the horrible jokes and one-liners we try to dish out!

Had pancakes with scrambled eggs, white toast and tea blended with orange pekoe... oh and honey!.. what a breakfast.. loved it!. Complements to the chef who himself took my order and made it himself. Waitresses are professional. Coming back, definitely.

Ate here for lunch with my team from work. The burgers were good and the onion rings were delicious. This is a great place to get a good burger but the prices are what is keeping me from giving five stars and going back there very often.

Yum! !! Breakfast is awesome here and everything is very reasonably priced. The staff if friendly and service is quick. I cant wait to try lunch or dinner here because they have like 20 different types of burgers!

I have lunch here regularly. The owners and staff are always polite, attentive, and professional. The food is always well prepared and the dining experience nice. I would recommend this place to all of my friends.
