Weve stopped in here two or three times now, and this location could really use a little help. First of all, the food itself was fine - nothing tasted bad or anything. That said, they did bring a wrong burger to our table, set it down, came back to pick it up, and brought it to another table who actually ordered it. The mens room had zero paper towels in either dispenser. The counter for sodas was either wet or visibly dirty/sticky across the entire surface. And finally, one-and-a-half of the monitors used for menus were showing a generic Windows logo instead of an actual menu. It was before the dinner rush and they werent busy, so I feel theres no excuse for the lack of attention to the bathroom and general cleanliness. I dont think Ill be stopping at this location any more.

I always have a good experience at Smash Burger. Their food is fantastic and their service is top notch. Every once in a while their black bean burger is a bit too salty but that is maybe 5% of the times Ive been there. Their atmosphere is very relaxed and the prices are fair for the amount of food you receive. This one in particular has a fast kitchen but the people in the dining area are a little lacking. They are not rude or anything, they just seem a little frantic and eager to clear tables even when there is no rush. If they just changed to asking how the meal is and waiting til plates are mostly empty to see if anything could be taken from the table, that would be great.

Fries were okay but the chicken sandwich was terrible. Got a crispy patty and it seemed worse than regular frozen ones. Paying a premium over standard fast food I was hoping for better but instead I got worse than Wendys or Chick fil a, which may produce on mass but they manage to use fresh ingredients. Your better microwaving grocery patties at the office.

I had the pleasure of getting take out from the Lewis Center Smash Burger. EVERY TIME I am in there the store is slammed, but it is super clean and the staff is amazingly efficient! I live in Westerville with a store only a mile away. I will got out of my way to get a great burger from this outstanding team.

Dont call ahead for a to go order. You still have to wait in the order line to get your food and pay your bill. While your food sits and gets cold. Dont understand why they cant open a register and take my money.

Check your order before leaving. Nothing is worse than getting home to find your order completely wrong. The black bean burger tastes like refried beans smashed onto a wet bun with ketchup squeezed on it.

The burgers are not as big as they are made out to be. The fries are really salty and must drink 3 glasses of water to eat the them. Sorry but must hire people capable of doing their job right.

Food is delicious but 50% of the time I go there, they get my order wrong. It says in bold on the receipt "NO ONIONS, NO WHATEVER" but the cooks seem to ignore that and just make the usual.
