This was my order. 4 double cheese sliders 2 no onions. 4 chicken sliders. 3 grilled chicken sliders.1 vege sliders, and a black bean slider. 2 loaded fries. 1 reg fry and one fry with jalapeno cheese. A med sprite and a med lemonade. So got 4 double cheese sliders seemed like extra onion on all. Got 7 chicken sliders 3 were not grilled. Missing a the regular fry. Overall was the worst tasting chicken ever had. And Im allergic to onions. Harold and Kumar would be disappointed. Was a waste of 33 dollars....

My daughter pull out a hair ball out of her burger and it was hair peices behind the chesse on other burgers so when I went up there was an old lady that I assume to be the manager she did not apologize or say any thing she just gave me my money back like she knew it was her fault cause the hair was grey and black her hair was grey and black girls in there with no hairnets on please beware I wouldnt give no stars but thats the only way I can leave review

For some reason decided to come thru at 8pm and not 2 am which u always know there will be a wait. I will say that food was good( it was white castle), but there were 3 cars ahead of me and I was there for 25 mins. Then I had to wait too long again when I paid and the woman had to get change from another register I guess, which judging by that wait she had to walk next door.

EVERY TIME I TELL THEM MY ORDER THEY GET IT WRONG you ask for sweet tea the dummies give you unsweetened i asked gor that and 3,castle burgers with no pickels and no onions and they give pickels and onions they better do somethung because i know im not the only one!

Went there yesterday at around 2am and that was my first time going in a while because of the previous services and food and wait time... But last night I went and got welcoming friendly service and fresh food.. It was a nice change and I left with a smile on my face

How did they get 1 star! What a joke. With 4 employees, 2 other people in there, my wife & I had No one speak to us. Guess we were the wrong color for this part of Ohio. The restaurant was very nasty. Oh well. Wont buy anymore of their products.

Service is slow, and the staff are sometimes rude. Food is always good, and the orders are always right. Not in the best of neighboorhoods, fine during the day, but kind of questionable at night.
