Went shoe shopping and SO mentioned he was craving a big cheese burger, what luck there just so happens to be a RR! They had a sign up at the host stand telling guests to seat themselves which I have NEVER seen at any location. Typically prefer to sit at a booth but every empty one was covered in dirty dishes so table it is! Sat there...sat there...sat there...see where Im going with this? Finally a waitress came by to take our drink order which by that time we had already figured out what we wanted to eat but she scurried off as soon as we told her what drinks we wanted and never came back until they (we order fountain drinks for heavens sake) AND another tables food order was ready so of course we were the first stop and got out drinks without a word and didnt see her again for another...idk...10 mins at which this point my SO, who in no way shape or form puts up with BS, was ready to call the store to speak to a manager since there were no employees to be found. Just then WAITress comes back to take our order and as SO is bluntly letting her know that our significant wait in a not so busy restaurant is ridiculous especially when another table that walked in 10 mins behind us had drinks and apps before we even put our drink order in, she had a rude excuse about why she wasnt doing her job very well. He told the manager the same thing when he stopped by to see how everything was and his response to the situation was to hand us over to another waitress who was keeping up on her tables without a problem and some discounts which was nice but whatever. Nicole was our hand-off server and she was great. Ive held several food service jobs and am now worming for a large scale wedding catering company and I know it can get hectic at times so I dont really care about needing someone to apologize until the cows come home or having food or percentages taken off my bill I simply ask for a server who understands that their job is 100% customer service and to fulfill their duties within that job to the best of their abilities or better. Too much? I personally think not.

This place was a disaster. We went in to have dinner saturday evening around 9. The restaurant was more than half empty but there was still a 15 minute wait. We got to our table and our waiter was friendly and prompt, bringing us our drinks fairly quickly. We didnt see our server again until our entrees came out. We ordered appetizers with our drinks but they never arrived. They were very slow and the restaurant was a mess. The guy that bussed the table next to us took a handful of paper wrappers and threw them on the floor. I will give you that he was aiming for the dish bucket he had but he missed and didnt bother to pick any of it up. If youre craving Red Robin, go to one of the other locations.

This location is so awful part of me doesnt want to waste my time on a review. Weve given them multiple chances since it was new and sometimes you need to work out the kinks, but its not happening for them. Ive received cold food, incorrect food, been charged for things I didnt get... the list goes on. The manager never cares, Im not asking for compd food but an apology goes a long way. Not sure who hired their bartenders because they seem more interested in socializing with off-shift employees or texting than greeting their tables. Dont waste your time with this location. If youre craving Red Robin make the drive to Polaris. Their entire staff is awesome- the Tuttle location could take some tips.

Probably my favorite restaurant at the Mall, this location is a standalone restaurant separate from the food court and therefore is cleaner and quieter. The burgers are pretty good, and I personally like the fries and bottomless tea. The tortilla chip appetizer with the Baha (?) sauce is pretty munchable but probably too salty. If youre going to eat in the mall and can afford to throw down the money, this should be your first (only?) stop.

We were hungry stopped in for a bite from the shopping my sister was new to the red robin experience so was i and the bartender was very very rude in her demanar giving us menus and her all over all customer service ethic sucked we walked out immediately refuse to spend money were we dont feel welcomed if you wanna be treated like crap stop there they are more than willing to expedite thier services...

I have eaten Red Robins before but literally we were driving back home after stopping there and not ten minutes after we left I had THE WORST stomach ache in the WORLD I ordered the same thing I usually get and Ive NEVER had this issue, idk if I got a stomach bug at the wrong time but put it this way we had to pull over at a rest stop for nearly 45 minutes....DONT RECOMMEND

Terribly, terribly, slow service. I made the wait staff aware of my gluten allergy and they seemed to recognize it. However, I have eaten here 3 times and have gotten sick every single time. They have a serious cross contamination issue. I am a former server, so I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. But this place needs to train their servers AND managers.

Tried this location not too long after opening and service was a bit chaotic, and the quality was not quite what it had been at the Hilliard location. Had lunch about a month later and its a bit better. The whole tablet ordering system does nothing to make things easier or better as its too confusing to figure out when and what you can use it for.

Wow, we had a great experience. We had my four year old twin girls and son of two. Great kids menu, excellent service and the burgers were pretty good. Not Thurman level, but hit spot. Beer selection was good enough. Thanks to Burt for being a great server and being so attentive to my kids. Well go back!

We ate here Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving. We had a amazing experience. Wish I could remember our servers name. She was so polite, helpful. our food came out at a fast pace. She even brought fries to the kids while they waited. We need more servers like this.

We eat at Red Robin very frequently...we were very excited that this location was much closer to our home. The past 2 times we have been there the service AND food were absolutely horrible....never going back. We will drive to the Easton location.

Been to this location a couple times, the revamped menu is much higher quality, the new decorating scheme a vast improvement and the bar and drink selection is solid for a chain of this type. Very suburban so be ready for loud kids and families.

Waitress was nice and attentive. However all of our groups burgers were well well done and the patty looked black. We provided feedback to the manager and he tried to fix it. In the end he took 50% off of our bill.
