I ordered a Roadhouse baconzilla & there were no onion rings on it. The wait was already too long and on top of that I had to turn around, get back in line and wait again. I finally get up to the window I told the young lady my issue. She says OK well make you another one, well just need the other one back for inventory. OMG someone tell me what inventory are you taking with a burger youre about to throw in the garbage? High quality CUSTOMER SERVICE shouldve been used here after making the incorrect order plus my additional wait time. Ask your customer if they want a drink, a small fry, a dessert, or even keep the burger they already had in their possession...something. I believe its the location of this restaurant that has them treating customers this way. If I was in my home town of Canton the worker would have apologized for the mistake, made sure I had something else for my trouble even if it was just keeping the burger that was made incorrectly.

The management and employees are the worst. This is by far the worst checkers in michigan. There RUDE. Even when you call the 800 number and complain the guy Joe who does the call backs....hes even more rude then this store. Smh just sad how you expect people to come back

Listen here I just got a oreo milkshake I thought it didnt have raseberry oreo shake I thought the lady at the drive thru yelled at my son because of the shake if it had raseberry so I will never go again

Cold food, horrible service, unfriendly staff. Asked for lettuce instead of bun. Was charged for a small sprinkle of lettuce. Checkers on Van Dyke near 9 Mile has much better customer service and food.

The customers service was horrible. Ive never been to a fast food restaurant with a server who was very disrespectful. I dont care for McDonalds but thats what I end up having that night. SMH!

Great efficient service, great food..3 beef dogs with chili, 2 fries , and 2 hamburgers for less than 10$..great if you re low on liquidity or your bank card chokes up .lol .
