Our server was absent for most of service, leaving us with empty drinks for several minutes at a time. The burger, which was toted as a signature burger (Mad Love Burger), was cooked correctly, but featured one single small slice of tomato, 2 pieces (not slices) of red onion, and literally about a teaspoon of the Jalapeno relish (I had to ask for more). The candied bacon was just a regular slice of bacon that looks like something youd get at a Coney Island (extremely disappointed here). At a "gourmet burger" place, I expect to have thick sliced bacon. I usually ask for a fry refill when they bring out my plate, and the first refill came out just a couple of minutes after I asked. The second refill, however, was about 10 minutes. Both refills only had about 10-12 fries in them as well. For a $15 burger, and a place that totes free refills on fries, you should have them on deck and ready to go immediately when the server puts in the order. Red Robin used to be a pretty decent spot, but with regards to how much you pay for a burger there, and the service that weve been getting recently, I dont plan on coming back for a while.

We ordered 2 burgers and mine was charred to a crisp. I usually like some char, but this was 90% inedible. Plus the mac n cheese on the burger was just dried out noodles. I ate it anyway cause I hate complaining, but it was so bad I need to say something. And to boot, the waitress gave us our bill right after our food then completely ignored us after that (even though we ordered bottomless fries n drinks). Though it may not have been intentional, she somehow didnt see me waving my arms and asking for more fries n drinks (she was only 2 ft frm me); for 30 minutes! I had to get up and find a staff member to help me, which they responded politely, but come on! There was about 6 staff just standing around. When the fries finally came, it was only my husbands that came. I had to wait another 10min for mine. And then they forgot our drinks. I ended paying $5 for a lemonade that was filled once and had to be put in a to go cup because we had waited so long and had to go. No one offered us anything for our trouble. I used to be a huge red robin fan before this experience.

My family loves Red Robin. But....in the past couple years it has gone down hill. The Red Robin on Hall Rd. use to be pretty good but we walk away time and time again very disappointed. A few corporate changes to cheapen the food is VERY disappointing. The quality is not the same and has changed for the worst. For example I love to order the french onion soup. Before you receiced a nice slice of foccia bread, now its a very small over toasted, dried up piece of bread. I also ordered the Chicken whiskey wrap and the last couple times no flavor and dry. Never use to be that way. Another was a kids pizza my kid ordered is now quite smaller than it used to be. Whom ever is sitting down at the drawing board making changes, you need to sit back down and quite cheapening up everything. Dont think well be back.....for a long time.

Food is usually good, but lately the food and service kinda sucks. Our recent visit we had Jake as our waiter. Jake was nice, but took too long to return to our table and it was not that busy either. I got the parmesan herb fries and they made me sick, so I asked Jake since I paid the 99 cents can I just replace with the sweet potato fries. Jake stated that my wife got the bottom less and I could share hers, but mine were bottomless too it dont work that way I wish it did came out of his mouth. I got upset he then walked off in a tantrum. My wife spoke to several other emoloyees and it made sense to give me my request as they honor that request. Oh...if you wanna hint help your customers better and you will receive a better tip.

I had the 5 cheese Mac and cheese, French onion soup, and their signature freckled lemonade. The place was packed, but even the large parties were sat quickly. My food was wholly mediocre. My soup was somehow dry. Served in a very small "bowl" that was filled mostly with a solid layer of cheese. My entree was at least a little better, but also very dry. The bread crumbs really shouldnt be used if youre not going to use a cheese sauce. The drink was excellent, and I brought it home. The service was pretty good, a saving grace. If anything, a little too attentive, as if they were rushing to move the queue. Oddly, I would go again if only to try their signature burgers.

We love Red Robin, I have been to many locations. Mostly go to one in Clinton township, MI. I always order BURLIN LOVE burger. My last visit to Red Robin in Clinton township was horrible experience. Burger completely messed up, called manager as all 8 burgers we ordered were screwed up. Manager KINSEY said thats how they are suppose to be with attitude and not even apology. asked for corporate number to complain about her attitude and she gave me wrong number, I paid my bill and asked for right number and contact person about the issue. She called cop and said she doesnt want me back in Red Robin. Thats what you expect from 2 months in manager experience.

The food was so-so, I ordered the Nacho Burger and fries, but found out my table had no napkins to go with our meals. The table behind us had a larger group, and was clearly prioritized for being a bigger party, so that when we had to ASK for more fries, they actually gave them to the table behind us instead of the correct table. Service was questionable, and I unfortunately cant recommend. The girl bussing our food sat them down, then asked "are you good?" You can get a better burger at Applebees, which says a lot. Good for a quick bite to eat, but considering I left hungry, I wont be returning to this location.

Havent been to this one in 3 yrs. When they used to have their old menus. Well I am very disappointed with quality of food. The burger is smaller and ingredients are cheap quality now. I loved it when the burger was too big to fit in mouth and now the quality of the whole burger isnt better then McDonalds. And the fries made me almost cry. I couldnt even eat them cause they were so gross! Find out they started to buy them from a different less costly place. They are so nasty. Five guys burgers & fries are so much better! !! Never coming here again.

Red Robin in general is a good restaurant, but we have had some really bad service at this location. The last draw was when we took our son there for his 3rd birthday. I told the waiter 3 times that it was his birthday, but they never did the normal singing and free desert for him as they were doing for others sitting around us. He was disappointed, and it was pretty pathetic. also once you drop off a bill to someone come back and pick it up, dont expect everyone to have exact change. Some people might need change, others might want to pay with a credit card.
