If I could give this zero stars, I would. My food was ordered wrong (the person at the Drive Thru forgot about our cone, which was okay, until I realized my burger was wrong too when I specifically asked for only ketchup and mustard). I also ordered a stack, and it was SOO small. They filled it up halfway through and not to the top like an actual person should. Waste of my money. Even my friends ice cream cone tasted funny, and so did mine. Spoiled ice cream, as I discovered. The only thing GOOD about my meal was the drinks. Of course they would be, because this checkers didnt make it. Pity.

Order always wrong food always gets cold because waiting on them to fix something Ive left the above message in the past.. today 5- 6 I went again and ordered 3 shakes and 6 pies only got 5 and 2 were smashed when i ordered i asked them to make sure to be right because yesterday i ordered pies and there wasnt any cinnamon on them.. why cant they get anything right?

They take way too long for my orders because they are more concerned about the drive-thru. Also they cant even get my order right. When I asked for a number 1 with no pickles or tomatoes, they left me a plain cheeseburger with just pickles. Also they made my very pregnant girlfriend, who cant stand for long waited 20 minutes for a medium milkshake.

Terrible services. Paid for a large slush was given a small. I asked 3 times about size of slush before given correct size. Also paid for a fully loaded fry the box was half full. They dont have the queso fries with jalapeno like other Checkers restaurants. I was very disappointed in the service and in the quality of food will never go there again

Wasnt always this bad but it has gotten very sloppy. Almost saw a fight at this location between employees here before and also was served spoiled ice cream here before. I will say if they mess up your order they usually give you a apple pie or free small fry which is cool. But seriously lots of bad workers in and out of this establishment

I like it other than they dont know what all goes in their nilla banana stacker...it comes with caramel and they dont know for sure what all comes in it..they tell me that it doesnt but it shows it on the sign and everyother checkers puts it in the nilla stacker...otherwise i have no complaints

This is the good Checkers. The next closest one at 8 mile and Dequindre is absolute trash. I didnt realize that Checkers could be a good fast food place until I saw this place and stopped by. Its more than a night and day difference, its like comparing an apple to the sun.

The food here made me sick. I ordered a medium French fry and it taste like a pile of grease. I also requested that my fish sandwich to be fresh while placing my order, instead I received an old, hard. Sandwich that was sloppy dressed.

Ive been to several checkers but this one is my go to.... Food was and always is hot and crispy not soggy. Server was polite and his customer service skills am were A1.
