If the ratings had a minus to give, this BK, would be a -5. Sat Jan 7, 2017, I had the worst service Ive seen in 25 years. We ordered 5 ck nuggets, 5 fries unsalted, 2 whopper jr meals and 2 reg. Whoppers. We were the only people inside and 2 maybe 3 orders at window in the 24 mins we waited for our order. In that time, a woman came in to chit chat with the cook and manager. When we finally got our to- go-order we checked to make sure everything was there and the fries to make sure hot no salt. We spoke to the manager after finding 2 10 piece nuggets actually had only 5pc in them 3 fries were salted and cold because they had been sitting there since we walked in. If that wasnt enough to stress my weak heart, the woman just chilling said "I need to gi before i smack someone for being so disrespectful" at that time i said mind your on business, we just want what we paid for, as she stormed out the door. She came back in (for free food)or to finish her little chit chat as we walked out

ordered a spicy chicken sandwich which comes with mayo and lettuce. get it out of the bag in the drive thru and check it, no lettuce, no mayo. drive thru again and tell them, they apologize and put in another sandwich. I check it, still plain. wait for 5 minutes for them to notice im still at the window, tell them I want the sandwich the way it comes, and its STILL plain. I then go inside, ask the manager what comes on these sandwiches, he tells me lettuce and mayo, so I ask him why for the 3rd time did I get a plain one, he said they must have been fooling around in the back. what manager allows this? while working with food? Ive been back twice, one time inside with the same manager above REEKING of marijuana, and another after asking for onion rings and extra sauce and receiving fries. I wont be back.

Does not even deserve a star. The manager is ghetto trash! When someone messes up a large order and you ask that they review it again before you leave. They ensure its right and then you get home to nothing! Call the store to get the GHETTO manager that proceeds to tell you that I am not listening and she has trainees (wonder why, who could work for her) and all she can do is have me bring it all back and redo it. So nothing for my time or energy, just touch cookies. The smart mouth people are what are wrong with today. The next generation is screwed, this is so sad that the lack of compassion in this world is gone. And this will be the downfall to alot of these businesses surrounding this area, the trash that works in it will destroy it. Shameful!

Went to this Burger King on Sunday for breakfast ordered my food pulled to the window told my total was 9 dollars even paid got drinks told to pull forward and would bring food out waited like 2 minutes went in and waited another 5 minutes asked how much longer was told it would be a few more minutes told them I just wanted my money back they tried to give me 8.34 back I said no I paid 9$ plus charged me 25 cent for syrup so I was owed 9.25$ they finally gave me my money back after about 15 minutes WORST PLACE EVER Pour customer service.

They dont know how to make whoppers. Or they dont care to make them right. 3 times ive gone there to get a simple double whopper, I end up with whopper that was a bun with no sesame, ketchup and meat...Wheres the tomato? Wheres the lettuce? And mayo? what about the onions?... missing. Called, complained got a free whopper which they also f$%& up again. Called complained, went back next week to get it, same problem. I give up. That manager needs a better crew. Can someone at corp please help him find competent staff? Thanks. bye.

Honestly I would put 0 stars if I could. One of the employees had the biggest attitude when I told him I had 2 orders he said through the intercom "ugh really" and then when I said give me 1 minute for the 2nd order he says louder "oh really". How rude and disrespectful when I am spending money at you restaurant. Horrible customer service, unbelievable! I pulled out because I was so angry and called the manager and she said she would take care of it and apologized. I doubt anything will happen!

The manager that is always on her phone was in again tonight.... We ordered $10 in food and then she wanted to charge us $1 for a few packs of sauce!! Heads up ladys and gentleman this woman has tried to charge us for zesty sauce in the past when ordered nuggets Ive paid it in the past because I didnt know you were supposed to get two free when you got the nuggets.... Im going to find out the on duty managers name and report her to corporate.

Orderd around 9:30 the crew there are garbage the lady that took my order marked me down for somthing else I didnt even want payed left realized befor eating wasnt what I wanted called in asked for manager was fustrated and all I asked was if he could motivate his crew to better their store manager specifically said not sure whats going but were trying yeah that seams like a professional answer worst place to go now advise not to eat here

Customer service has always sucked they always get stuff wrong. I have to end up going back because they forget something. Most of the time they are confused about how much change to give back. There a bunch of young hoodrats that have attitudes and play/hide on there phones. No wonder other competition across the street has long lines. Get new workers hire experience or ppl with common sense. Giving up on this location

The last two times Ive been to this location, the people at the drive thru acted like I was inconveniencing them by trying to order a sandwich! I dont expect a "Mitchells Steakhouse" experience when I go to get a whopper, but seriously, I eat a fast food burger once a month and have to deal with these jerks!

Burgers are cold in the center. Try to order food "your way" and you get grief from the staff.. i.e. fries with no salt or request sandwich to be made to look like the advertising photo with more than a couple shreds of lettuce or a slice of tomato that is red. Quality and service both are horrible.

This place is always a disgrace. Does bk even know that they have stores operating in this manner? The food consistantly sucks and the attitudes are worse. I blame this on a lack of management locally and nationally. Because of this store i nor my family will ever choose to dine at bk again.

Where do I begin came here for ice cream machine was broken had to settle for pies then the pie I wanted was frozen. The tables were sticky with God knows what, the manager on duty wouldnt even offer a discount claimed she didnt know how. What kind of manager is that

Sucks. Service slow. Short help is was I first thought.. Employees move like turtles. The employees are rude, and on manager or lead lady was on her cell phone. Needs to shape up or close down. Sucks! I rather drive to South high Burger King.
