Got the crispy chicken sandwich, took a couple bites and found that it was still raw. When I went to the counter the girls working said Whats going on today? Another complaint about the chicken sandwich! Why would you still serve it knowing theres issues? Why not say Im sorry, were out instead of possibly poisoning your customers? The owner came out and didnt seem apologetic at all, and he only refunded the sandwich, not the entire meal, as he should have if he knew great customer service at all. Will never go back.

Horrible exeriance. Had to repeat my order 3 times and they still got it wrong. Then when I asked them to fix it they complained when they thought I couldnt hear them and two more times asked me to repeat my order. In the end I just got up and left the empty restaurant. Its empty for a reason!

This particular store is always sold out of everything. Its crowded, under stocked and just old. They need more of a selection, like the other VS stores in the area. On a positive note, they are great with customer service and store policy.

An aging, rather dirty iteration of one of my fast food favorites. If youre in a rush and have a craving, this review wont stop you, but Id recommend checking out the food court at the other end or even the Lakeshore Grill upstairs.

After waiting about 20 mins for food, the chicken sandwich I ordered had a bunch of black hair on it. Took it back and they "made a new sandwich". Opened it again to the same thing!!! Black hair all over it!!! Place is disgusting!
