Under normal circumstances I would have given this place an excellent review because the food is good and they have always been accommodating. However today, they have decided that because I have more than 5 separate orders going to one location, that everyone has to pay $1 to the delivery fee. To further explain, essentially, if I order 3 separate orders to one location it will be a $5 delivery fee, if I order 30 separate orders to one location then the delivery fee for this single trip will be $30. For a single trip. When asked why, they stated the following reasons: 1. Because they have to make separate receipts and orders - is this not covered under paying for the food? 2. Because some people tip and others do not - Okay? What does that have to do with a single trip to the same location. If we all went in and ate the same people would provide tips that already do, are you going to charge a "walking the food to you" fee as well? Try paying your employees minimum wage rather than relying on tips. 3. Because we have to use our own cars. - Okay, and if I had 3 orders, you would still be using your own car to make this single trip to this one location. Literally absurd. I understand how the gratuity system works, but even if it was one order, you would get the same amount of money out of us. If anything you likely gt more in tips because there is additional people on the order so even if you get a tip on 3/10 thats still 2 more than if it was one order. And you literally take it to one place. Thats 2x more money for less work.

We just catered food from Su Kho Thai for 40 people last week. The good prepared for 40 was as great as for 1. Su Kho Thai staff was very good since they have done lots of caterings, they gave us recommendations what to order, their food was excellent, their price was very reasonable. They were punctual, our party was at 6 PM, they delivered the food at 5:20 PM, the two girls helped me set up, they were nice and helpful. They knew which dish is supposed to be served next to which. We ordered 3 appetizers and 5 dishes for 40 people. The 3 appetizers were great too! weve never had them at this place before. Glad that we took the owners recommendation. Silverware, paper plates, ice, Pepsi, condiments were also delivered. They took care of everything so the host will not have to worry about anything. The Su Kho Thai owner + the manager (Sonny) + the 2 delivery girls made throwing a party for 40 a breeze! We could relax and enjoy the party with friends! Most important thing was: All our guests loved the food! We highly recommend this place to eat out or to cater for your next parties!

Was extremely underwhelmed by my food. The cashew pad ped, despite being drenched in terriyaki sauce, was almost flavorless and all of my food tasted the same. When I warmed up the leftovers in my microwave the next day I couldnt even eat it due to bland taste and mushy texture. Normally I order mild, and normally it is almost too hot for me. Here, I am certain there was no spice at all in my food. The sushi was good, but the wasabi must have been out too long because it also lacked flavor and spicyness. For an average-priced place, the food and ambiance does not cut it here.

Wish my wife and I could say that the service was friendly. Just picked up some Pad Thai. Now we requested Mild instead of Hot, but we got hot. Of course mistakes happen, but instead of trying to work something out in the lines of possibly getting the hot pad Thai back in exchange of the correct Mild Pad Thai, we get the response as such..."No you ordered hot, so you got hot." As painful as it is sometimes the customer is always right. Again not asking for a refund, just a remade order of Mild Pad Thai, and for them to receive the Hot Pad Thai back.

The food is pretty good, but the service needs much improvement. We had a party of eight and one meal did not come out until everyone else was almost done. The waitress offered no explanation nor apology. When asked what happened, we were told "no one likes making mistakes and there are no mistakes here." Not sure what that means. A simple apology would have been nice. Also had to ask for beverage refills and extra napkins numerous times in order to get them. The restaurant was not that busy so not sure why the service was so poor.

Service was ok.... The food was definitely sub par. The sushi was stale, the chicken rolls tasted microwaved, and our fried rice entrees didnt have any taste. I ordered the seafood fried rice the shrimp tasted fishy, the scallops were soggy and the crab meat was disgusting. My husband ordered an entree that lack any flavor. We barely touched our plates and made a complaint to the manager who was very rude and didnt compansate us for anything. I will never go here again.

If you are a vegan you really need to ask all the proper questions (meat, fish, eggs, oyster sauce, etc). But when you find your couple of dishes you can have its great. Also like many other Thai places you can get your food very very spicy! Something spice lovers will appreciate for their dishes. If you are vegan, we had pad Thai and summer rolls. Again be sure to also ask if the sauce uses oyster or if anything is fried if the batter contains meat or eggs.

We live down the street from this restaurant and have watched many, many restaurants try to make it in this location. Sukhothai is doing well. The food is very good. The interior of the building is not that exciting, but they have carry out. Do not miss the Tom Kha or the yellow curry. They are both outstandingly fragrant and delicious. They tend to be light on the spice; medium to me is mild and I do not typically like lots of spice.

This place rocks. Love their chicken Pad Thai. Finally a Thai place that when you ask for hot, they make it hot!! Just revising my review!! I wish I could keep reviewing it over and over. The quality and consistency of the food here is just incredible. The flavor is amazing. The spice is great. The spring rolls are always super fresh! You cannot go wrong eating here. The service is also quite good!

Ive been frequenting this place for a few years and overall I think its great Thai food. Have never tried the sushi so I cant comment on that. There are one or two other Thai restaurants I might choose before this one if Im looking for a particular dish and willing to drive a bit further. But the overall quality and freshness is impressive. One of my go to dishes is SS1 (stir fried curry duck)!

first time ordering from them and have to say that the service for carry out was EXCELLENT. she was very nice and helped me find something that was to my liking. pick up time was only 10 minutes from ordering, a lot quicker than a pizza place!!!! hoping the food is as great as everyone is saying and if their service is any indication, then i am about to be one happy lady!
