Rarely if ever give 5 stars. This is by far the best Taco Bell Ive EVER experienced in the States. The men and women here have always greeted me with tons of respect (yes sir, no sir, attitude) and I give it right back to them. You ask, "how can one TB taste better than other TBs"? Simple answer, the reason why their food is astonishing more tastier than your average Taco Bell. They here are incredibly the most consistent food operators ever. Plus, they know the EXACT balance of ingredients to serve your hanger, makes them numero uno. Story time! Ive been here 7 times and have had over 20 shredded chicken quesaritos WITH avocado ranch sauce (dont judge). Since they are always on top of their game, they always ask me if I still want the chipotle sauce too since I added the avocado ranch sauce. Of course I say "yes" and these sorcerers in the back make me the most perfectly balanced, tastiest, hottest shredded chicken quesaritos with avocado ranch sauce ever. horrible customer service!! the worker didnt acknowledge me and my friend when we walk through the door. as were ordering our food, she just stopped mid order and started having a personal conversation with another worker. asking questions like "whose that white girl" and talking about not work appropriate topics while my friend was trying to order her food. and i know this isnt a five star restaurant however clean your store!! the pop station was filthy and every single table had food and crumbs all over. i seen other customers cleaning the pop station and their tables. as ive worked in retail for 2 1/2 years, the customer should not have to do that no matter what the circumstance is.

The only sauce available was Diablo...no mild, no hot, no Verde. I find that amazing. Oh, and no lettuce for chalupas or tacos. Oh, aaaanndd, cant get a Taco supreme. Why stay open? Youre so used to people settling for what they dont want? Have some dignity for a change. I keep saying I wont be back and somebody talked me into trying again. I quit. And I will tell everybody the same.

I was first in line, right in front of the register and the employee took the order from the second in line. My order for two 7 layers took 14 minutes to be ready. Also, it seems like the franchise owner or area supervisor chose the rush time to show up and he took an employee from production to have a very long conversation. He needs to pick a down time for his visits.

place is always clean. service is always prompt and friendly. their vigilance is also extraordinary! I regularly order a thing and request it made in a sorta uncommon oddball way, and unlike other taco bells, they always get it right the first time. :) edit: just went here and omg the cashier here is so friendly, happy, and funny :D made my day!

This is the second worst Taco Bell Ive been to. Their service is so slow, and their service is not good. Earlier today I ordered a Grilled Stuffed Burrito sub beans for beef, for my vegetarian girl friend. And after being in line for more than 5 minutes, you know what it had on it? Beef. Drive over to a different Taco Bell if you can.

Sometimes there is a bit of a wait time due to being busy, but I dont mind that at all because they are the only drive thru chain in the area that gets the order right, makes it fresh, and the customer service is always great. Never have a problem here, the workers are wonderful!

Placed an order online before I left my house. Upon arriving they hadnt even started making it yet. Then had to wait over 10 minutes because they were waiting on a single item, an item which I was not in my bag when I finally got my food. Was missing 3 other items as well.

I have a Taco Bell near my home and yet I still drive half an hour to this Taco Bell not because of there great fresh food but to also have the greatest service from Felicia s. The number one and only one greatest customer service and attitudes in one fast food restaurant

Sherry who works at the dine-in register is very nice and she always remembers my name too. While a young girl at the drive-in window was super rude and she gave 2 packets of sauce with my order of 2 burritos. Rating 4 stars. 1 less star because of that rude girl.

Its a taco bell. Excellent breakfast and good lunch. Be aware that this location is usually jam packed at Noon. More so than other locations due to its proximity to Ford motor.
