First the chubby manager that work there is rude. Very mean to his employees in front of customer. Very unprofessional I hate seeing somebody getting chewed out for asking question. The manager chubby guy has no respect for his employees or his customers suprise the whole staff did not quite it was absolutely sad to see. Came there in the morning he didnt have a smile on his face it seem like he didnt want to be there. Food was great though

Chubby manager was eating at the counter...rude..i hate seeing chewed up food...obviously have regulars because they got their 6 bagels before i got my one...which was aweful...spinach was grainy and sandy...bagel was under done and raw in the middle. Garden veggie Cream cheese was excellent tho. Bathroom was very dirty...4 bucks for a really crappy experience...

My girlfriend has worked here for almost a full year I have heard nothing but bad things from her about how her boss (Davy) treats her and all his employees Screaming in their face, throwing things, punching walls etc. I would not work here and I would not eat or drink anything from here with such a person running the show. legal action should be taken.

Worst experience ever, the shift manager basically had no tact at all. They didnt toast my bagel when asked, when I took my bagel back they gave my fiance the wrong bagel after this was our second time coming back. What a mess. On top of it the place was insanely dirty. Dont eat there, its horrible.

This location is absolutely amazing. Chef Dave is the totally awesome and personable! He always comes around to clear peoples trays and ask if they need anything. The rest of the staff is also great. Highly recommend the Green Chile bagel!

With 5 employees working up front I paid and still managed to waited 15 minutes for a half a dozen bagels then finally gave somebody else a dozen. Talk about terrible employees.
