Went in was treated very poorly by the staff. Very short spoken. Kids working there didnt mix the ice cream very well at all.... Talking tiller 5 folds of the ice cream "here you go" receipt not rang up correctly at all just pushed in random toppings not what we had ordered, dirty looby trash wasnt taken out tables were very very sticky. The staff didnt talk to each other at all very sad to see 2 GREAT well know businesss get such a bad review because of staff. I took all 5 of my kids there and NON of them got the WOW factor that I did the first time I went to a coldstone. Very very disappointed ... Having that been said sent out an email the day it happened got an automatic response email didnt here anything back. Sent another one wondering what the status was didnt here back at all now the page wont even load. Maybe its not just the in store staff thats the problem.

Every time I go thru the drive thru you can never hear what the counter people are saying. Also there is ALWAYS 2-3 people on the drive thru speaker talking to you trying to take the order. I just went there today, had to give my order 3 times to the counter person, got to the window, the girl couldnt fine it, asked again and low and be hold got the wrong order. There are 6 people standing at the wundow/counter all of the time. Seems like they would have 2 dedicated people I nly for the drive thru. Someone needs training! And most time its the 20 year old managers that need it. Shame on the store principal for not knowing get what is going on, or doesnt care as long as there is a positive cash flow to the bottom line. Im going back to Bigby. At least I can make sure my order is right.

Really bad service, and couldnt get my order correct. I went in this morning needing bagels and donuts for a work meeting. There were so many people behind the counter, though Im not sure what they were all doing since there was a line. When I did make it up to order, I ordered several bagels, and donuts, paid, and asked for my receipt only to realize they rang up only half of what I ordered. Just watching how inefficient all of the workers were was painful. They would walk to one counter, grab something, walk back to another counter, only to turn around and walk back to the counter they were just at. No systems in place at all to speed things up. Needless to say, I wont be returning.

I have been coming to Tim Hortons for a few months now. Been there on 2nd shift and also on 3rd shift. I can honestly say I will not go in on a 2nd shift again. Some of the staff there are very rude and not friendly at all. The 3rd shift worker is always in a wonderful mood and so friendly to everyone. She has went out of her way to make the company get good reveiws. I would also like to say the 3rd shift worker is very out going and always asking for us and others to come back. Way to work and make it a wonderful place to come get fresh coffee and ice cream. Way to go Tim Hortons. Please keep your 3rd shift worker.

I love Tim Hortons food, and I go there often, but I have noticed that while the managers are usually very polite and nice to the customers, they often treat the rest of the employees rather badly. The managers often fail to take the employees away from customers when they have an issue with them, and instead talk about it in the front. More than a few times, I have heard complete conversations as to why someone may have been fired. It is a shame that the managers are putting such a bad face on such a great place to eat.

They typically have trouble getting my order right, but thats the least of my worries. On at least 10 occasions now, I havent been able to order what i want because they had internal issues. Two mornings in a row they had no breakfast, due to slow prepping and now theyre having issues with their skim milk. So this restaurant usually doesnt have food and cant make 80% of their drinks. Enjoy

To start with you cant hear the intercome in drive threw and next today was a awful long wait in the drivethrew if i could of got out i would of left and finally when i hot to the window there was no onevthere to wait on me for a few while i watched three girls standbthere talking and laughing and look right at me and turn thier backs to me and go on talking very rude disrepectful.

The service was VERY slow. I ordered a Carmel latte that I waited forever for them to make and it was mixed up at all, she told me to get a straw and mix it.... really? I took one sip and threw it out, it was awful. The store has major cleanliness issues.... very poorly managed store.

No consistently when making specialty beverages. They have some really great employees and they have some that should realize that without customers they wouldnt have a job. So maybe those employees should take their time when handing out a persons order. Just saying!!!
