For the past two years Ive lived between this Publix and a competing grocer. A lot of times, I shopped at this Publix purely out of convenience. It was on the way home from work versus just a little bit past home. Im glad I did. I cant say that Ive EVER had a bad experience at any Publix, but Ive spent enough time at this one to say that shopping at Publix truly is a pleasure. Today, they knocked my socks off and I felt it was time to finally give them some kudos. I ordered a cake over the phone to pick up around 5:30 p.m. The woman who took my order marked it that I will pick it up by 6:00 p.m. As it turns out, it took me a little longer to get there than I expected. When I arrived, another woman helped me, but when she called out my name, the woman I spoke with on the phone said "Hi, Melissa!" like she knew me. I recognized her voice. That felt really nice! Then, not even 20 feet away, I was greeted by what appeared to be the Store Manager, who asked if he could help me find anything today. He was genuine! I went under the radar through most of the rest of the store as I breezed through, but in the Meat Department, the gentlemen restocking the meat politely excused themselves as I neared the area they were stocking. Ive had so many other great experiences at Publix at Tree Summit Village. I wish I could recount them all. The prices arent always the lowest, but I try to shop sales, so I make things work in my favor. This Publix is also a bit smaller than most of the others Ive been to, but they always seem to have what I need. I just really feel at home here! Needless to say, its about time I send my praises to their Corporate office, but I did want to share my thoughts for consumers to see, as well!

Publix deli has great subs and lunch items.... But I only get 30mins for lunch and they are soooooo God awfully slooooow!!! There are often a few employees behind the counter and I understand there is a LOT of other things that need to be done... Prep, packaging, cleaning, stocking, tagging etc... List goes on and on... However... During a LUNCH rush... during.... LUNCH.... If you cannot spare two of the few employees behind the deli and hot-held foods counter... Than you really ought to bring an extra employee on for lunch time to work the sub counter and other various tasks... If one or two customers are ahead of me in line for subs... It could take 10 - 15 mins before I get served... Not to mention still have to check out at the registers...(usually not too bad). Im sorry but the sweet old ladies behind the counter, however sweet and nice they are... Are just not fast enough to sustain the potential amount of guest volume you COULD be doing... Ive seen many people leave the line just in my occasional visits to this Publix.

This used to be my favorite grocery store i have been going here for 3 years now theres a bunch of ratchets working here one girl almost cussed me out because i got a free candy bar that i didnt know i could have she said you get a free candy bar and i said why and she said because. ...and i said because what. ...and she got a attitude and said BECAUSE YOU GOT 2 DRINKS...I JUST LOOKED CONFUSED AND GRABBED MY FREE CANDY BAR SO THAT I DIDNT GET BEAT UP LOL TERRIBLE STOP HIRING BLACK FEMALES THANK U PUBLIX

The manager (40-50 older African woman) began screaming in my direction while servicing another customer because I told the cashier why does she ask me for ID every time I come into the store. Being this is the same store that Ive seen kids play lottery and not one person on staff said anything. This lady was so loud all the other customers turned around to watch. Not worth their high prices and attitude. I will not shop there anymore.

This is my regular neighborhood location and I visit it at least once every week. I love the people who work in this store! Everyone is friendly, helpful, and willing to answer questions or look up products if I ask for something I cant find. From the deli to the checkout, each person treats me like a special customer. Add to that the lovely ladies in the pharmacy who remember me by name and always have a moment to chat.

I love the Publix overall, however it does have some issues. First it is very clean like most Piblixs, the rest room is not as clean as I would like. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful but the people in the deli area are hit and miss as far as being friendly. The sandwiches and good so this area stays busy so these workers are more pressed than others and therefore sometimes their attidtudes reflect that as well.

This Publix fell below my expectations. Its not a bad grocery store, but compared to the high quality, great selection and great service from all my other Publix experiences, this location just slightly falls short. My main issue is the selection of items. Its about what you can expect from a small town Piggly Wiggly.

Their deli service is poor. I have ordered subs online from them at least 4 times, and every time they dont get the order right. How hard is it to follow a list! I have had literally hundreds of pub subs (not kidding, i survived off these in college), and this place makes by far the worst ones.
