I dont believe the staff is rude. Maybe you havent been going to them (the pharmacy), for 15 years like I have. Id also like to note that while some of the other pharmacies in the area (and Im in Chesaning), are good (staff, having the med in stock, ect), if you also do other shopping at Meijer, lets say groceries for example and weather you checkout through the self scan or a regular lane you know all those "self printed coupons that the cashier hands you, or on the self check out, the coupon machine prints out like a million coupons for your next visit????" TAKE NOTE of the $10 & $20 Meijer PHARMACY coupon that prints out. When you bring in a new script or transfer one from another retailer, when you go to pick up that med, present that coupon and out pops a $20 gift card coupon good for almost ANYTHING in the store, except those things exempt by law, like lottery and beer. But did you know that you can drive then over to the Meijer gas station, present that $20 coupon and add it ALL to your gas tank as well? Plus, the $10 coupons are good for new scripts too (if thats the only one you have), but if you read the $10 coupon its good if a medication you got there has "REFILLS" on it, every time you refill that med and pick it up, present that $10 Meijer Pharm coupon, and then you get a $10 spendable gift card coupon to use. I would have to guess that I make almost $20 - $60 worth of spendable $$$ to use in the store in getting the additional groceries and sometimes gas I need to augment what I already spend. MEIJER is the ONLY store that does this type of offer. Kroger will sometimes give out those coupons, but with Meijer, its now almost an around the clock thing when you do your shopping. Sometimes if you go through the self scan and some customer get ready to throw all their coupons away or dont want them. I simply ask them if they want them or are going to throw them away and so they hand them all to me. T

They have pretty much whatever you would be looking for grocery or general merchandise wise except for maybe a few things. The produce area is my favorite area for food rrgarding variety and I would even say freshness as I do think they take more pride in that than some of the other retailers, but that shows theyre being competitive which is only ever a good thing. For a store of their type (Grocery/General Merch) the craft beer and wine selection is the best in the area. As the beer is concerned they carry a good selection of Michigan brews with some out of state but there is definitely a Michigan pride thing going on which I appreciate being from Michigan and being someone who not only enjoys craft beer to consume but I also brew my own. The wine selection is also enjoyable, as I dont delve into wine myself too much, my wife does, it is none the less a good selection and they have reasonable and competitive prices. The store is always very clean, bright and the associates are friendly enough, they dont push a fake friendly onto you which is IMO a very nice thing as it sets a realistic expectation. The only downside is whenever I need an associate, which isnt often they can be hard to find, especially in grocery. The prices are also decent, they usually have a lot of sales going on so chances are whatever you are looking for may be on sale for a decent price.

My sister and I wanted one of your crappy cookies really bad so we walked on over to your bakery to get a "free cookie" no wonder there free you never hand them out! We stood there for about and hour talking really loud and talking about cookies to get a free cookie but no body listened anyways i expect to get my mid afternoon craving of a cookie when I come in...thank you for not succeeding my needs

Staff is RUDE. Prices are good when they are having a sale and they are usually well stocked with a good selection of things. They also have a really nice set up and selection of fish in there pet department But as I said before the staff is very rude and are not knowledgeable at all. It didnt use to be this way and they really need to get some new people in there A.S.A.P.

What customer service? I asked about getting a raincheck for the milk and the advertisement and the lady at customer service proceeded to tell me that since she didnt drink milk, she didnt know what I was talking about... I asked about something in the ad not her personal opinion.. I have a ton more examples but the food is fresh and the store is clean.

Being from the South, this was my first time visiting a Meijers (pronounced like Meyers) store and I must say this is what Walmart should be! The place was nice and people were friendly. They had a great selection of everything that most people need on a daily basis. I really enjoyed my shopping experience

I love this meijer. The greeters are always friendly, the pharmacy moves quickly, the sales associates are always willing to help if you need it. I live decently close to meijer but, I have other options for shopping. I prefer meijer because of the whole experience.

The worst staff. Racism is an issue here. Called Store manager after my visit. The people working were so rude all of them except one. Will never go back to that store again. love meijers guess it will be a 35 min ride to a store with nice and friendly staff.

Refused to aidmy self and a US navy vet with our handicapped needs worst shopping experience in my life I live 5 minutes away and drive to the one in Swartz creek the attitude of the staff is disgusting at best avoid this store like the plauge!

Went black Friday shopping got pants on sale got home tried on got a size too small went back to exchange and service desk refused to exchange made me do a refund then wont let me get the new size pants at the same prices what a rip off.

Store is always very clean, most employees are very friendly. Shelves are well stocked. Checkout lanes have long lines because they have 10 u-scans open and only 4 or 5 actual cashiers. Some of the cashiers are unfriendly.

Everything you would expect from a super department store. A little of everything. Good inventory. Clean store. Good prices. Staff are sometimes hard to find. I definitely prefer Meijer to Walmart.

This store has groceries and a tire center. Clean and well stocked. Clothing, pharmacy and home goods. Pets supplies and some fish. Plenty of parking. Theres a Subway and Redbox inside.

I love this place. This was my first experience working in retail. Its nostalgic to go back. Happy with the changes over the years. Wish we had Meijer in Texas.
