I used to love this Publix. I was a regular customer. I went to the deli around 10:30 this morning. I was the only customer in line. The deli counter was covered with pots and other items. I was patiently waiting when the lady called me to the counter; while she is still cleaning up. The woman seemed to be in a bad mood; so I asked her how was she doing? She said " Good" in a very dry tone; but I ignored it. Then while she is still making room on the counter to make my sandwich; which is still cluttered she says " Im waiting on you" with this unpleasant tone. She put gloves on and walks to the back, still putting away items. I simply walked away after that moment. How about a simple, " mam, Ill be with you in a few minutes" instead of calling me over while youre still cleaning up; and putting stuff away. Not everyone has a bubbly personality, but if she was having a bad day I was not the reason. Im done with Publix deli after today.

They have truly lost a customer.. I ordered a set of cupcakes for my birthday in the number 2 and 1 and it was supposed to be a pull a part cake and instead they give me a damn cake... My mother ends up going back to publix to get me a new cake for free in which they did they right way this time but instead of them gluing down my cupcakes they didnt and my cupcakes shifted in the store when the lady put them down this is totally unacceptable.. I already had to wait an extra day after my 21st birthday to get my cupcakes and they mess it up once again.. When I say I will never be going back to this publix I will not... You do not give a customer the wrong cake then make a new one and still mess it up and give it to them like its unacceptable.

Turned a bad experience to good... Ordered a fruit tray online for a 12pm pickup. When i got there at 12:30, it wasnt completed or even on the list to get done today. The manager came over to get the order details from me and did some more research and found it. He confirmed it was in the system, apologized, and asked if I mind waiting, then had an employee make it right away. Took about 15 minutes and I wasnt charged. I was very impressed by this quick recovery.

The people are really friendly. Going to the store is a welcome break from a busy day. The bakery department is much better than any grocery store chain that I know of. I wouldn’t dream of buying a birthday cake or cupcakes from anywhere else. The people in the meat department really know their stuff. They make special packages to my specification without a problem and they have cooking recommendations if I need it. I love shopping there.

At first I was a little upset because my son cake had the wrong color icing and he is Artistic a female Baker did all she can to make me happy but a male Baker who was the supervisor was real nasty with mean I feel that the young lady who was willing to do all she can to make sure that I was happy includes the customer should have that managers position but after speaking with a manager at customer service my problem was resolved

Ariel the cashier man needs customer service training ASAP. Why you ask? He talked with a de kalb officer the whole time he rang us up. He never asked if we found everything. He was awful. Im used to everyone speaking and asking if we found everything! Smh. He never made eye contact he looked back at the female officer only. I usually never have a problem with this place but today I found the most repulsing thing ever. I get a slice of cake from there almost everyday I went in today and saw dead flies everywhere just laying on the cakes. I only was able to take a quick picture but if you saw it they were just laying everywhere it was so nasty. I just walk out. Another lady saw it and she just looked at me like " seriously".

I usually Love all Publix stores. I can kill two birds with one stone, I can pick up a pizza at Marcos Pizza a few doors down, hit the bank And Pubilx! This one is Very good in customer service & making the customer happy; which compensates for some of the shortcomings. Overall Im pleased with this location.

I love Publix and this is the go-to location since the Memorial Drive location closed its doors! Produce is fresh. Meat a little pricey but you pay for quality and good customer service! Has the closest bread to "real" New Orleans French Bread!

The bakers are awesome! You can tell that the cakes are made with love. The pharmacists are nice too and so are the Sandwhich people. Whenever we cant find something, an employee is always happy to help us.

Always a pleasure shopping at Publix, even 1/2 before closing one of the gentlemen who was bagging my groceries offered me carry out service and I was so happy that he did, I accepted!! Yaaaay!!!

Im really not clear on the appeal of ludicrously overpriced food and non-existent customer service. There is almost never a deal here. Publix is consistently atrocious.
