Been going to Panera since it opened on Sundays after church. For the past three months, it has gone horribly down hill! They have not had a plain bagel to buy at 11:00am for the past three months. Often they dont even have a cinnamon crunch either! The bagel inventory on a Sunday morning is pathetic. When asked if they have more, the responses have been as follows; No, you should have gotten here earlier. Ummm, no I dont think so. One particular Sunday, I arrived an hour earlier and was excited to see four plain bagels in the bin. I stepped up and ordered them, paid for them but by the time the server got around to getting them, another server had sold them to someone else... really! I think that when your inventory gets to a certain point, you should be making more. I have tried to order them ahead of time online, only to be told that they do not have them when I got there to pick them up. This Sunday I drove to another Panera in Symmes Township only to find the exact same thing. Spoke to the manager there and he said he was getting ready to make more. A little late in my opinion, given the fact that it takes over an hour according to him to make bagels and the bins were empty. Will try Einstein Bros. or Everything Bagel from now on. Three months is more than long enough to get your act together, which they apparently care nothing about doing.

Had dinner with my husband tonight and was so disappointed! This Panera was so dirty. We sat at a booth that had dried food surrounding the table. When we went to throw away our trash, we couldnt put our dishes in the bin because it was overflowing with dirty dishes. The place was not busy at all but obviously the employees dont care about the cleanliness of the place. My husband and I wont eat at this location again and will advise friends/family against it.

This is the one restaurant that Kim and I could eat at everyday. We have found the menu to be very deep in generally healthy choices. I try to stay away from the bakery items but they sure are great. The staff provides exceptional service in this day and age and you cant beat the convenience of the location. We use the dining room to meet clients and venders all the time. Panera Bread will surely impress you.

Ive tried eating here again and its the same thing...chicken noodle soup $6 and literally ended up with 2 spoonfuls of noodles OLD BROWN N COLOR NOODLES...so I ended up again drinking my soup.BROTH ...and my honey gets pick 2 $11 for literally a tiny side salad and a half sandwixh (4 small bites))) what a rip off...they use BIG bowls and plates to make ya think I gonna get $$ worth...NOT

This is a really good Panera Bread. Weve eaten here many times, Ive run in for coffee or to redeem a reward from my Panera Bread card, and weve rented their meeting room more than once for various events and business meetings. The employees are helpful, and when relevant, the management has always been great to accommodate. I love their Hazelnut coffee, as a side note. My favorite.

The food is like a normal panera but the staff at this branch is horrible, I was going to get a temporary job there but they are extremely unorganized and kinda weird. Plus theres a super gay guy that works there, he was explaining to me how I cant wear fingernail polish because Im a guy and then he says "ugh dont ask my why its just ugh"

The food is good...when it is right. 9/10 times I order from here the food is made incorrectly or something is missing from the order. Like today they ruined my salad by putting gorgonzola cheese on it instead of feta, and feta wasnt a substitution, thats how its supposed to come.

There was a mix up with our "gift" card. Our cashier Mark did such a nice, professional job resolving the issue with the manager. He was so gracious and appreciative that it made it easy to be patient. Thanks Mark!!! As always, the strawberry poppyseed salad was delish!!

Out of bread ? Ordered dinner for two and no bread ... Store manager said they have been out for over 3 hours ... Dont you think thats something that you should tell your customers? Especially when they purchase bread bowls for their soup ...

Excellent service. Great food. Sure, some problems with staffing but what restaurant doesnt? Every time I get my food, its always hot and delicious. That to me is worth a wait or having to sometime go without the usual extra time.

I love their bread bowls & Cream of broccoli soup but the store in milford ohio are always out of bread bowls. It doesnt seem to matter what time of day I go in they never seem to have them. Irritatingly unacceptable!!

There were no clean tables at which to sit; everyone had to clean their own table in order to sit down. Further, I ordered chicken noodle soup, which apparently now comes with neither noodles nor chicken.
