We work at a hospital and there is nothing good around us open late, so we come to you before you close at Midnight, but we show up early enough to not only get food from your establishment but during the busiest time for us to leave the hospital and get food and they tell us "were closed". I understand if you have to train new workers, but what is the best training for your new employees but a large order? And the fact we didnt show up like 11:50pm, we showed up at 10:50pm before any of your machines are even shut down for the night, and I know because when I worked for a fast food restaurant we could take customers until 10 minutes before close, and I am not even upset that you had to train and you were closed, I am upset at the fact that you were rude about it and gave us attitude like we were supposed to know you were closed, the fact that you are setting a bad example to your new employees bothers me a lot and that is the only reason why you are getting this long message! You might not get this in person, but the public will know about your teachings.

Honestly Sonic has the best shakes and ice cream in the fast food market! Food is good for what it cost, I love sonic as a franchise ....but I hate this location more then any fast food restaurant location , the management must be a bunch 6 year olds with ice cream eating problems. Why do I say that you ask? First, 6 year Olds cant manage a store (well at least the ones that I know) MOST of the staff has no idea what they are doing half the time, rude and elementary grade intellect. No offence to the staff who actually try. Now to the ice cream comment, Sonic is known for their ice cream and blast! Literally every time I have gone to order, some rude employee say hI what do you want. After I order everything I want they say oh sorry the machine is "broken" (liars] they are just cleaning it but.....every single time I have gone the 13-14 times in the past year this has happend but once. So yes long review but everyone should know...youll get a better outcome at Mcfattys.

Waited 10 minutes to order with only one car in front of me, another 15 minutes of waiting in the drive thru and once Im finally up front the only thing the girl at the window says is my total. I tell her thats not right and she just repeats my price before she realized my order was wrong as she tries to give me an order of chicken fingers when I ordered a chicken fingers sandwhich. Fine, a mistake. I then ask how long itll take for my new order and all the girl has to say is "I dont know" after asking multiple times, I had to drive off without my food. I have no idea what happened to this location. Used to love the food here, it was always quality, the staff was always nice and fast and the food was always good. Now none of that is true. My past few experiences have been bad with this location. Avoid at all cost!!!!

Me and my wife sat in a bay for 15 mins after hitting the red button then a server comes on introducing herself and then tells us to wait! So we wait 10 mins and hit the red button again after waiting a few more minutes I said screw it Drive Through must be faster...smh we waited in that libe ZERO movement for another 15-20 mins before bailing. I only waited to tell a manager how ridiculous the wait was and that we were clearly forgotten about at the bay we sat in. Well I called and left a voice mail but seriously Id be NOTHING short of Impressed if they actually call me back. I feel sorrt for those of you that have tgis sonic as your only option I drove to westland they are super busy but always fast! Maybe westland sonic should hold training for these guys! I didnt want to give them the 1 star I gave em #rantover

This Sonic is close to home, but EVERYTIME Ive stopped by this location it has been a bad experience. Car-hop service is permanently closed and the wait for food in the drive-thru is ridiculous. (Im talking at least a half hour in the drive thru, even if all you order is a shake.) Speaking of shakes, about 50% of the time the shake machine is broken and you dont find out until youve already been waiting 15 mins to order. On the rare occasion that you are able to order what youve been waiting for they screw up your order. (I understand making a mistake once in a while, but not 90% of the time! ) DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME STOPPING HERE! Im really hoping they close this place down and replace it with a CULVERS (Ive always had great service at Culvers)

I have been going to Sonic for years, since a child... Have always loved them until today. This location is by far the slowest one I have ever gone to. I ordered a small chocolate shake, simple, right? I guess not. It took them 25 minutes, literally, I timed it to bring out a small plain shake!! When I got it, it was all melted because lets be honest, it does NOT take 25 minutes to make a small chocolate shake!!! I asked the carhop why it was all melted and why it took so long. I got a shrug and an "I dont know." Yeah, okay... I give her my cash, she goes in to get change, brings the wrong change back out and gives me attitude over it. I will never be back. Such a disappointment.

Place was not kept up outside seating , fans were in need of paint , so bad if was falling off from the wind. Food was made careless covered with some much topping couldnt eat my wings, they forgot my o rings, we asked have our food there they put ever thing in bags, young lady didnt say a word just stood there looking at is not saying a word I told her we asked for tray so we could eat there she just handed us our food and walked away. If this is the way sonic lets there chain stores operates I will never retrun to a metro Detroit store again. I guess its a good thing we dont have one in jackson, Michigan.

Worst customer service! Worker said their ice cream machine was down and they didnt have ice cream when we ordered a shake and onion rings. We said ok, well just take the onion rings. Apparently she meant to say they didnt have onion rings because she followed that with YELLING at us saying, "SIR, I JUST SAID WE DONT HAVE ONION RINGS!" in the rudest voice. I worked in a restaurant for 4 years, so I get that things run out and it isnt the employee s fault at all, but you can control your attitude. Just moved to the area and absolutely will NOT be back!

Rudest people on earth! I asked the cashier how long it would take for my order after waiting 5 minutes and seeing no one even working she proceeded to bark at me about ordering 24 wings and I should expect to wait long. Well isnt this a FAST FOOD restaurant?! No wonder you guys have 1 star ratings on all review sites. Sure you all will be out of business soon. Even after calling to complain I received another rude manager. Wont get my hard earned money again.
