Order took way too long for a "fast food" place. Tenders were mostly breading and mostly cool to cold. Trash by the beverage station was overflowing and the floor was sticky although it didnt look dirty. Iwaited over 5 minutes at the counter to place my order. The nice girl who finally helped me wasnt even supposed to be working a register and it took another 5 minutes before someone came to cash me out. Waited another 15 minutes for my meals because they had to cook more corn. The people behind me had to wait for the manager to come enter their coupon because the cashier wasnt allowed to. All in all over a 20 minute wait for a lackluster "meal".

Poor employee interaction. No greetings to the customers to acknowledge their presence at the counter. Waited over 5 minutes to have order taken. Have been told on several occasions that they were out of main menu items. Order was taken today, was asked which side dishes I wanted, then was given incorrect item! Am deeply frustrated with the poor management and employee attitude. Thinking of not going again. Three times in a row--- strike out!!..

Simply the worst KFC I have ever went to. The first time I went there I thought it was a fluke, the second time I should have learned but it took me until tonight which was their third strike to realize that there is no reason to keep hoping. Dont bother calling, its 8:30 on a Tuesday night and no answer... I will drive the extra 5 minutes to Grand Blanc to get the correct order and great customer service.

Horrible wait. Line was almost out the door. Line of cars all the way to entrance. Food took almost 20 minutes to come out. Lady at register was cranky. Food was good. That was the only thing going for them. Hire more people.

Prices are ridiculous. But thats not what Im rating. I absolutely love KFC! Good staff even though sometimes theyre a little bit cranky I understand they work at a fast food restaurant that alone will put you in a bad mood.

I placed an order for a 5 dollar fill up box and specifically asked for the meal and was charged for a breast a side a drink and a cookie.... I didnt even want the stupid cookie, meal cost was $9.00! Incompetent employees!!

I have never been to this location and had them get my order correct in probably close to ten visits. Either stuff is missing or you get the wrong food. Seriously.... How hard is it to get an order right? Never going back.

Food is good and service is friendly, although not the fastest. Potholes are less delightful. The parking lot is full of holes large enough to disappear in. Makes coming through the drive thru an adventure, though!

The interior is dated, and the drive through window seems to be perpetually broken. They did pave the parking lot finally though. On the bright side, most of the staff is quite good - at least at the counter.
