1130 on a weekday about 3 people in there for lunch. Service was decent. Nothing awesome but nothing bad. Ordered steak burrito. Its a Value at $9 for burrito and drink so cheaper than chipotle and Qdoba but I didnt get extra like guac. Tortillas are fresh but too chewy for me and thin. Steak looked unappetizing, pale and chewy. Adequate flavor, I think if it looked more appealing I would of mentally liked it better. Salsas were flavorful but runny. They only have white rice. The burrito was smaller than Qdoba, I was still hungry afterwards. Overall the salsa is what saved me from writing a 1 star review. No lime/lemon/toothpicks like the others. A budget burrito that I wont be having again. For someone that feels chipotle or Qdoba is too expensive then this will be up their alley. Salsa reminds me of Moes Southwest(they went out of business up here) on a good note they mix everything in the burrito so every bite is the same. That was nice but not enough to get me to come back.

The food is pretty decent here but the portions are inconsistent. Sometimes Ill get a ton of chicken in my bowl, sometimes just a little. Plus, I hate that you have to pay extra for everything and the customer service is really lacking. Today, when I asked for extra guac, the first scoop was pretty big but the second was less than half of the first. They still charged me for double guac! At least when I pay extra at Chipolte, I know Im getting quality meat and organic veggies. I think Ill stick with them.

Ordered food for the office, 15 people. Faxed it over at about 11:20, called to confirm and there was a problem with the fax so sent it by email. they confirmed the order by phone at approximately 11:30 and said the order would be ready in 30 minutes. Arrived at the store at 12:06. The staff went into a panic. The lady that took the order came over and told me they were to busy for the order, and she just didnt get around to calling us. Very poor performance and terrible customer service.

I probably visit this Pancheros once a week. The food is better than Qdoba and Chipotle. The wait is never long. However, their staff is inconsistent with portions. Sometimes I get a crazy large scoop of sour cream or hardly any salsa. One weird thing was no one told me about their rewards punch card until almost a year of going there once a week. Make sure you ask for it if you are not offered one.

Had it today, it was horrible! The soda area had a sour smell to it. The ordering line was dirty and the bathrooms were disgusting with hair everywhere. The tortillas were chewy and tough, queso was turning solid as soon as it came off the heat and had a very processed taste to it. Guac wasnt good either. Didnt even try the pico as it was so discolored that I didnt want to risk it.

First and last time there! $12.95 for 4 tacos with salsa and sour cream! Expensive!! Steak chewy like gum, cross contamination,guyfelt he put too much cheese on and removed some back into cheese container, threw tacos to cashier to bag, and rude..

Pancheros is the place for a quick bite to eat. The food is GREAT and service follows. I usually have a burrito with all the fixings. I always enjoy my experience at Pancheros and like the idea that they know how to wrap a burrito the proper way.

The first two times i went there were great. Got a huge burrito. The 3rd time was below average. Tortilla was undercooked and torn up. Very skimpy on all the integediants. Very small burrito. Still hungry. Not impressed with the inconsistency.

I drive about 30 minutes just to go to pancheros. Their food is delicious. The burritos are large, the quesadillas are perfect every time. Overall Ive always had a great time. Ive tried every item on the menu and would order them all again.

Tastes like Mexican food at a bad all inclusive resort, I know taste is subjective but this doesnt even taste good had a burrito bowl. Good is bland no taste had to load it with hot sauce to make it taste decent. Ill stick to chipotle

My coworkers raved about this place saying it was better than Qdoba and Chipotle. Id rate it behind both. The prices are good. The tortillas I believe are better than the competitors but everything else is worse imo.

This place used to be my favorite restaurant when I was growing up. Quality of employees took a bad turn and quality of the burrito/gordo roll was poor. Still the best tortillas in the Mexican fast food game

The employees, who are teeenagers, openly complain about customers and glare and sneer at each other. They dont keep the prep area clean either. Best pancheros anywhere in on the UofM campus in Ann Arbor.

Its like a low budget Chipotle or Qdoba. Limited toppings and fillings, depressing atmosphere, odd employees. The bowl I got was mediocre at best. Decent guacamole and fresh tortillas, but thats it.

Great food, great service, good atmosphere. Hadnt been in years because we had to wait until all children were potty trained. One diaper change on a disgusting floor scared us off for awhile.
