This is what happens when accountants and strategists run a restaurant (chain). Lure people in with bright decor and novelties like bottomless fries. After they sit down deliver the lowest quality/quantity burger that they believe customers will except and ten fries standing on end in a ring. Spread your serves so thin that even if you get a refill on any of your bottomless items your net result is the same as a non-gimic driven restaurant would have delivered in the first place. For 11 dollars I can get a much better burger just about anywhere in Grand Rapids without being a part of a profit maximizing machine masquerading like it is a restaurant. Even a chain like Aplebees makes a better burger than this place that claims to be a burger focused place. On a positive note, if you are a broke college kid you should actually go here, complain to the server about your inevitably below average food. Then, have the manager come to your table and deliver the scripted response that they have clearly practiced as a part of their corporate training and with a hundred customers before you. You can eat half of that burger that you waited 40 minutes for and they will take it off your bill with a faux smile.

Just had the worst experience ever. Had a server by the name of Ryan who constantly ran his fingers through his greasy hair. My friend ordered nachos with no jalapeños. As he went to get our food from the area where the food is ready he picked off the jalapeños with his greasy fingers that he ran through his hair and proceeded to come over and serve us this food. Me being who I am I asked him if he just picked the jalapenos off the nachos with the hands he was running through his hair and he apologized. The nasty part is he was gonna serve the food to us.

If you unfortunate enough to dine at this location, make sure you dont have Andrea as a server. I would recommend literally any other Red Robin in existence. If you cant reach those other ones, and do have her as a server, request a new server. Shes incredibly rude, slow, and self absorbed. One of the worst waitresses Ive ever had. She was abrupt, and, even after our food was under the heat lamp and waiting (we watched) she sat behind the counter texting for 5+ minutes. Took 10 minutes atleast for a single refill. 1/10 do not recommend.

We felt like we were an inconvenience to the server just sitting down. 6.99 burger was cold and the actual party was the same as the 1.00 McDonalds cheeseburger. Bottomless fries not so. Our server never came back until we finished our burgers and asked us about the check. Never once asked us if we needed more fries and the basket was empty. Never offered a refill on beverages also. Red Robin Yum!!! Red Robin Awful, thats what we believe. Never again. Beware and go next store to on the border, much better food and atmosphere.

We been coming here for years and tonight our server Robyn messed up our order. We were waiting on our onion tower and come to find out shes didnt even write that down after she explain to us how many onion rings come smh. Well I got so upset that I told her to cancel everything. The manager came and was nice asking if we would still like to eat and would give us the free onion tower and kept apologizing for the server Robyn. Hes a great manager but next time we wont have Robyn as our server.

love this place i like that they have specials every month we recently went here for a party had 15 of us they were busy and a bit slow getting people there drinks we all had the endless root beer floats and loved it but man u can obly eat so much ice cream lol we love the bottomless fries and dipping sauces sometimes we cant eat our burger cause we fill up on the fries which is fine with us we bring the burgers home and eat it the next day

Me & my best friend decided to stop & have a bite to eat at red Robin before a long shopping spree. I could not be happier with our decision! Our food was good, & the customer service was exceptional! Our server, Noah, was the best server Ive ever had anywhere. He deserves recognition for going above & beyond. Good job Noah! We will definitely be back again.

I go here a lot. I like the simple Clucks and Fries which is a chicken finger basket. The unending steak fries are great with ranch and some of their special seasoning salt that is in a shaker on the table. Tip: dont order an appetizer. We just ask for "an opening basket of fries". They are unending, and if your meal comes with fries, they are free.

Will never go here again. "Burnin Love" Burger was bland and tasted gross by the last bite. Wifes BBQ chicken wrap was mostly tortilla. The second "serving" of fries were cold. And on top of all this, it was priced more than other similar restaurants.

Great service and good food - a wide variety of options, for appetizers and entrees, and a clean, pleasant atmosphere. Their desserts are excellent, and great follow-ups to the meal, and their monster shakes are so worth it.
