I used to love this place and have spent thousands of dollars here for my corporate retreats, gift cards to patients and family. Unfortunately I have learned that this place does not care about maintaining good customer relations. I had placed an order here in February for delivery. En route to my home, the order spilled. One of my items was soup and I didnt realize the bottom of the bag was leaking until I had carried the bag across my brand new carpet to my kitchen. Upon realizing what had happened, I called the store. They never answered their phone (I had called 3 times at this point) so I was forced to make a personal trip into the store to explain what had happened. The manager was very apologetic but now after 6 months of waiting for a resolution, I was informed by their insurance company that they could find no fault with their packaging so they wouldnt help me out. Today I received an email stating that I should stop contacting their store because its out of their hands. What a horrible way to treat a once loyal and extremely profitable (for them) relationship. I will never again shop here and will tell all of my friends what a poorly run business this is.

Its a nice place but I have had issues there. I work nearby and get lunch there from time to time and almost every order I have placed there has been screwed up. They have given me only a half sandwich when I paid for a whole, forgotten to put items on my sandwiches, and other similar mistakes. They also put very little effort in putting sandwiches together, putting huge chunks of meat on one side of the bread and none on the other side. I worked in a restaurant for 3 years and I know the importance of quality in the food industry. This is a new location and gets a lot of business, so it is surprising to me that they would have such low-effort employees working there.

I am an excessive Panera costumer, I eat there 2-3 times a week. Never have I ever had any problems with any Panera EXCEPT for this location! Today was my decision maker, I stopped in today and ordered the broccoli chedder soup (My absolute FAVORITE) and couldnt even finish it, it was so watered down. My Smoked ham and Swiss sandwich had OLD MOLDY TOMATOES! Are you kidding me!? And I got a side french baguette.. about and inch and a half of the end. My Camel Latte tasted like a latte minus the camel. I hope you read these reviews and get your act together, because it is an extreme disappointment.

I am very disappointed by the service at Panera Bread in Cascade, I ordered an espresso and the young man poured the one inch of coffee into a tall (16 oz.) paper cup. When I asked for a small cup he said he would have to go to the office to get one and indicated it was too much trouble. My friend who arrived at a different time ordered a regular coffee and asked for a china cup and was told by the same clerk that he would have to go to the office to get one. She told him to forget it. This is not service and I will not return for a very long time.

I have ordered delivery from this location twice to my office that is across the street, behind Meijer. Both times my order was far later than the projected time( an hour and the first time and 30 minutes the second), missing items, and the staff did nothing to correct the problem or apologize. The last time I ordered a frozen drink which was left behind and when it arrived 30 minutes after my food, it was completely melted and tasted terrible. Horrible representation of the Panera brand. Avoid this location!

Ordered drive thru , bag seemed heavy enough so i drove home. All i got was a bag of baguettes and spoons. When I called to see if they can give me a credit for a future visit, i was kept on hold, given the run-around and finally, after escalating the call and put on hold again, was told that i would just be credited the purchase. LISTENING is the top priority of customer service... so frustrated at their lack of care.

This location is always out of some of their main menu items. I can go there at 10 am and they are out of the bagels. At my last visit, I went to order cookies and they were out of chocolate chips cookies. Cant they make more? If it happened once, I would totally understand. However, it has occurred on all my recent visits.

Perfectly fine franchise location of Panera Bread. Good service and food consistent with other locations. They dont even have you bus your own dishes, as is common at other Paneras. Clean bathroom. When one of the soda syrups was it, they replaced it within minutes. Plenty of seating inside and parking outside.

Front end staff were good. But tried to get a to-go order that took forever. none of the kitchen staff knew what was going on. They made 3 orders twice. the manger didnt seem very in control or like he knew what was going on either. But I did get what I ordered and it was hot.

Went through the drive thru and could hear them making fun of me and laughing because I cant pronounce "frontega". Mic was on people. I can laugh at myself but it was rude and umprofessional. At least they were nice to my face when I pulled around.

Dining room has unclean tables often, ask to have one cleaned. Sandwiches assembled poorly, meat in one spot to appear like a lot. Food cold by time delivered to table. Wait staff not friendly or helpful without being asked.

I love Panera, but this location makes several mistakes. My department at work orders several times a week/month and at least one or two 9rders arrive incomplete or incorrect. They are good about correcting their mistakes.

Ive had good service here. The place csn get crowded in the morning so its hard to find a table with an outlet if you need to plug in a laptop. Also its pretty loud in here. Overall though its a good panera.

We have a habit of eating here for lunch about 3 times a week. Just can not get too much of their food. It just feels good while you are there! Could not ask for a better place to eat.

Fast delivery to my work near by however my food was skimpy. I ordered a whole chix chipotle sandwich and its like 8 bucks and nothing was on it and the avocado that was on it was Brown.

I eat a lot of Panera bakeries. This one is nicely decorated and very comfortable. They deliver food to you table; no waiting to pick it up at the counter.
