Be careful going to the BK location 1904 Florida 77, Lynn Haven, Florida 32444. I sucked up through the straw of my drink a hard sharp blue tinted plastic piece on 06/15/2010. It could have easily cut my throat if swallowed. Originally, I was thinking it was a piece of ice, but realized before swallowing it that is was not. Manager did not know how this could have happen, and was just going to check the ice machine. We recommended to them to dump the whole ice machine and clean it out. The status is unknown

Not worth the drive or the food. Got dinner for my dad, granddaughter, and myself drove home and they served me a burger with a burnt bun. A black ,burnt bun that they put extra pickles on to hide it or make it taste better, idk told me to come back which I did, just to hand me another burger.forget all the gas I used or that now the rest of my families food is cold etc. I left there pissed off and wont be back. Their customer relations suck and so does the service and food

The poor manager was scrambling to work every area. She just couldnt train, work the registar, cook and maintain customer service. Shame on you Burger king. This is why good help leaves!!!! Cudos to the manager who did her best. I hope you can keep her with the little help and support she was given. Again. ...shame on you!

My recent visit was awful. Really a test of my patience. Getting our food took forever and the staff was moving at a snails pace. One lady seemed to be the only one working with a purpose. It may be a long while before I return to this location.
