The worst experience ever with this kind of restaurant in this area. We went on Sunday at 2 pm. I understand it was after busy lunch hour, but everything was just unacceptable. First, we noticed the dirty floor with food and paper napkins etc... only 4 groups of people eating at the tables. The rest of empty tables were all dirty. Looked like they were never cleaned or wiped all day long. No waiting to order the food. Very slow at 2 pm. I ordered a britto and a kids meal. They had no white tortilla(they had wheat tortilla which I dont like...), no rice, no lettuce or milk for kids meal. WTF?!?! You would think they give you some kind of discount for the inconvenience but no. Not even "sorry". They were like a robot keep repeating "We are out of that. We are out of that, too.". Then one of the customer complained for the soda machine was not working. Nobody seems to know how to switch the flavor bag inside. Nobody cared. I went the restroom which was very dirty and no toilet papers. So I didnt use the restroom. I came back to our table, the place is still very slow, yet nobody seems to clean or empty the trash can which all of three trash cans were so full. And there is more! 3 staff were behind the counter where they make food. One was touching his phone, two were eating the food(chips and salsa) and drinking soda constantly. OMG!!! That was just disgusting. The worst part? There was a Manager sitting at a table talking to a lady(maybe a interview for a new staff). Is he blind? He did not care! It was ridiculous. The worst manager with the worst staff. I love Qdoba but I will never use this location ever again!!

Instead of trying to decide what I wanted while I was in line, I just went ahead and picked one of the prebuilt tacos from the menu. It was unfortunate that I couldnt substitute the kind of meat I wanted in it, but at any rate the person who made it was quick, and it tasted great at the end. Everyone was very polite and helpful as well. Update from a more recent visit (4 stars -> 3 stars): Apparently they can substitute meats in their prebuilt tacos, it just depends on who you ask. You also need to be very clear if you have any food allergies, apparently they have two different kinds of corn-shell tacos with various ingredients added. I went here on a Friday night dinner rush, and like other users are saying, it was slow. I understand that it was busy, but having only two people working the line does not seem very effective.

I usually pack a lunch, but today forgot one so I had to eat here. When I approached the counter, the worker said she would be with me in a minute. She lazilly wiped the counter while I waited for two or three minutes. Then she meandered to the sink and washed her hands and put on gloves at a snails pace. Since I was in a hurry, I got a salad with no shell, an item that can be quickly assembled. When the next worker built my salad I asked for onions. He put a ridiculously massive pile of onions on my salad. I paid and went to my car to eat quickly. When I bit into the salad, it was the most disgusting, bitter thing I ever tasted. I believe the onions he put all over the salad were rotten. I didnt have time to get another salad, so I had to starve for the rest of the workday. Thanks qdoba!

I LOVE Qdoba and usually service is great, but today was HORRIBLE. Went at lunch, it was of course busy, and Im sure they had upset customers, but it took over a half hour to get through the line and when I got to the sides portion I went to ask for a different salsa but she had already scooped the one that went on the taco, which was fine, but then I get a rude "Im trying to move fast!" Dont worry about fast if you suck at customer service. Just threw it away b/c I hate the salsa that was on it. Lost a few bucks, and probably wont be back for awhile. My friends had the same issues when going through the line as well ahead of me. I totally get rush hour, but there is still room to be polite to your customers.

As always, good food and decent service. But this place was a mess. Tables needed to be whipped down both garbages need to be emptied, the one near the main door was overflowing. The counter near the pop machine needed some TLC. Even once the employees had a chance they were eating behind the counter instead of out cleaning up. All while the manager sat and interviewed someone for a new job. I get taking a break and eating but theres work that needs to be done in the lobby where the customers are trying to eat first.

Stopped in for a quick lunch yesterday and was very pleased with the quality of service i received. I was here a few months ago and left dissatisfied with the customer service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. I noticed right away walking in that there was someone washing tables. My food was hot and prepared just as i had requested. Im not sure if this location is under new management or what, but i will definitely be returning again very soon. Good job, Qdoba!

Will not be returning. It was very clear both food servers could not care less. The cashier was the only redeeming quality of this place, as she was actually pleasant. The extra sides were mixed with each other (specifically onions being in my tomatoes). I have a sensitivity to onions, so the burrito was completely ruined, and an absolute waste of $8. I have never experienced that problem before with Chipotle or other Qdoba places.

Despite it not being busy, they were out of multiple items and we were completely ignored while they completed an online order. The employees seemed more interesting in their own conversations than acknowledging/ serving us, the serving line was a mess, the floors unswept, and the trash overflowing. Amazingly apathetic employees does not an enjoyable burrito bowl make. At least they had queso.

The young woman behind the counter was prominently chewing gum, was very short with customers. They were out of black beans, corn salsa, lettuce and said they wouldnt be getting more for "hours". Portions were extremely small compared to normal qdoba. The floors were unswept and the tables looked they hadnt been cleaned since the lunch rush (it was 8pm). Worst qdoba Ive ever eaten in.

Worst service ever... I was only getting chips and queso no burrito so I asked the guy working if he could help me so I didnt have to wait for the 4 burritos being made in front of me; he told me he could not get food from the hot side and I had to wait but then continued to stand around and fill containers while I am waiting. I walked out, not worth my time.

This Qdoba (28th st) used to be the best right when it opened. However, recently when my husband and I go here the place is FILTHY (the drink station and the floors are horrible) and the staff is very rude (kicking boxes around in the back and hearing them talk smack about other customers). The quality of care in this location has gone down hill drastically.
