My son and I eagerly await the "Never Ending Pasta Bowl" each year making sure we go multiple times. We generally enjoy it, though the quality varies considerably from 1 to 5 stars and does not seem tied to periods when they are very busy or when they are not. This is why I rated it 3 stars. When you have a good sever and the kitchen staff is on the ball and everything is hot and cooked fresh it is fantastic and delicious and rates a five plus. This is the exception though and typically you can have any or all of these in a visit: Servers bring wrong orders; Ive had occasions where of my first bowl and subsequent refills are not correct, wrong meat, pasta, sauce, etc. Pasta that is severely overcooked; for example rigatoni splitting down the sides with no texture. Bread sticks that are lukewarm to cool and hard as a rock. Salad that has virtually no dressing. Chicken gnocchi soup that is very watery. Servers that very from excellent and they cant do enough to take care of you and make you feel welcome, to indifferent attitudes that make you feel they are wishing they could be somewhere else at the moment. To be fair, some visits are perfect and it makes me wonder why Olive Garden cant have consistent quality. Ive complained in previous years both to the manager and via olivegarden dot com and am always thanked and told they will work on improving, but still no improvement.

Oh Olive Garden... If only I could give a review for this company instead of just this location I would as this location had good service at least. If youve been to Olive Garden and enjoyed it, chances are you have never been to Carrabas before. The flavors are not subtle, the breadsticks are a lazy attempt getting people in the door since they are unlimited. The drink menu is actually acceptable, but overpriced for the kind of place this is. If I could never go to an Olive Garden ever again, I would be a happy man. Just go a little ways down the street, pay (maybe) $2 more an entree and please go to a place like Carrabas.

I come to Olive Garden on 28th Street a couple times a month for lunch. I sit at the bar and away get great service. I have never had a bad experience. The bartender Aubrey M. is super nice and very comfortable and knowledgeable with her job. She chats with me and we always talk about how big her puppy is getting, or about hair (Im a stylist). Everyone is very nice. It generally only takes a half hour to order, eat and pay, this is at the bar during lunch but hour. I cant say about the dining room but Im thinking service is great there too.

Our company does a lot of lunch meetings and I am always looking for something new to try. Today we used the Olive Garden for a group of 35-40 people. When I called I worked with the GM-Jim and he helped me pick the correct portions for my group. He nailed it, we had the perfect amount. The delivery driver was fantastic. He was friendly, professional and did a great job presenting the food. The food was also a hit for our sales team, they thought it was fantastic! We will be back! A big thanks to the Olive Garden team!

we are vegetarian. last Saturday we dined at this location. we often go to this place because there are some vegetarian options, particularly the soup. But this time I found pieces of meat in my vegetables soup. I showed it to the waiter and he admitted that it is meat and might have got mixed in the kitchen. I got a very casual reply. I felt bad about the overall experience. I will think 10000 times before I revisit this place.

Was here May 7 at noon. Terrible hostess, very unprofessional. Then we were walked through a mostly empty restaurant to attempt to seat us by an emergency exit next to kitchen. Our waitress was good and our food was up quick. But our water tasted like it had salt in it. This place reminds me of why I dont go to Olive Garden very often. It really is the little things. Those stupid screens on every table dont help either.

Great Service!! We had Kenneth as a waiter and he was absolutely amazing! Our food was hot and tasted amazing! The salad was fresh and very very hearty! And the atmosphere is just hands down enough to make U feel as though u snuck off to Italy for just a moment! By far a very impressive place to take the lady or parents and know you will be graced with authentic Italian hospitality! Great Job Kenneth on the great service!

I have never had a bad experience here. Great food, the Moscow Mule is my all time favorite drink. If you want good soup, salad and pasta then come here. They are known for their wine selection, I just dont drink much so I cannot say. However I can comment that they have a lot to choose from and they will tell you which one pairs with your meal the best. I pair everything with a Bud Light or Moscow Mule though lol.

My wife and I went here tonight and had the best service ever. Our servers name was Tyler G. He was so comfortable and made us laugh. He offered me samples of some VERY GOOD wine. I wanted to know how much a bottle was. He explained that it was 29$, very good price for a whole bottle. We had so much food and at a great price. Thank you very much for our service. We will be back and we will always ask for Tyler!

Every olive garden in America needs a Robert. He makes the experience one to remember. Robert you deserve every penny. He greets he seats and makes sure you have a pleasant dinner. He makes you feel welcome and a VIP. We need a petition to make Robert work on weekends too because the weekends are boring dull and I feel NOT Welcome. Robert should train everyone.

We dined at the Olive Garden a few weeks ago for a birthday. It was crowded but the hostess quickly found us a table at the bar and our service was beyond exceptional. The manager Dana tended to us and she was fantastic. The chicken fettuccine alfredo was a five star meal. We could not have asked for better service, quality and food! Thank you Olive Garden!

We dined at your establishment last night. The meal was BAD. We ordered Northern tour of Italy, We had to send it back because it was close to cold., The chicken was dry as a bone. The .waitress never even apologized. Olive Garden had always been my favorite, NOT anymore Margaret Maurer

As a big guy the first thing someone who is the host should know is not to seat me at a booth that is small and the table doesnt move. Had to move and had to wait 15 minutes after the initial wait of 40 minutes. That was not pleasant. Food was good and had clean mens bathroom.

I travel to this area every six weeks on business. I have always found this restaurant to be consistent. The food is better than average; the wait staff always attentive and the prices are reasonable. Okay, would I upgrade the wine list? Yep. Nevertheless, Ill return.

We enjoyed our lunch there this afternoon. They were wonderful with the kids. Sarah A. was our waitress and she was fantastic! The greeting team was quick I greet and get us seated - and even went out of their way to greet our youngest. Great experience overall!
