The only reason why Im giving this a 3 star is because panera has a good brand. But this location is dirty the staff that make your food take no pride in their job and make it messy and with scraps. The kitchen area were your food is prepared, is always dirty and the kitchen staff sometimes are sweeping the floor right before they make your food. The negative experience effects the quality of the food.

Great bagels, decent atmosphere when visiting not during peak hours of 11:30am-1pm. Wi-fi does get timed out if you are using it during peak lunch hour which was frustrating. Also, once we arrived around 11 am and they had no bagels as their "truck delivery was late", so we had to go to another Panera Bread. Usually food is consistently good though.

Drive through needs work guys. Also, if you are going to offer bagels or breads ... make sure to have them in stock. Been there and about 3 times straight you are all out of a few different kinds of bagels. Super annoying! Guess what? Each time went to bagel beanery instead. Food is cheaper too and just as good.

I like beaners coffee more, although its not called beaners anymore I like that they say what people wanted to hear because honestly theres too many beaners and the fact that they cant openly express hatred for Mexicans really saddens me but ya Panera is mediocre... make biggbys beaners coffee again!

Great food.. a lot of gf options! My favorites are their turkey chili, Fuji apple chx salad, Roasted best, quinoa & citrus salad! All gluten free.. they have many more just check out their website or speak to a manager. Employees were really nice, too.. especially Anthony! Keep up the good work!

This Panera is poorly run. Our office gets take out from this location regularly and they leave out parts of the lunch regularly. No napkins, no utensils, no bread etc. Most Paneras are consistently good but this one seems to be consistently busy and poorly managed.

The place was clean, food was brought to you and taken away for you. The staff greeted with a smile on their face and waited patiently for us to make our decisions. The sandwiches and soup was warm and consistent with other panera dining experiences.

Constantly forget things in pickup order. Expensive for mediocre food. Which is whatever, but at this Panera the food is worse! The pasta is hard and gross - and the most expensive! Wont be going to this one again. Go to a different one.

This location doesnt even deserve one star. This is twice now that Ive paid for items on my delivery order that I didnt receive, nevermind forgetting utensils and having the food look like a complete mess. Dont waste your money here.

Wife had a heart attack. Used to go to Qdobas but because of their high sodium foods we had to find a better place. Panera bread has tons of salads. Were going there after our cardiologist visit today. Most wonderful place!!

For how busy this location is, the crowds are well handled. Theres lots of seating, and arranged in a way that doesnt feel like youre on top of other people. The food is chain-cafe style, but they do it well.

Good food but very expensive for a coffee shop. The pick two menu was misleading in that some items are more expensive than others and randomly placed on the menu board. Very frustrating.

Out of my favorite souffle. Served the wrong souffle. Given a dirty fork. Latte was perfect. Fixed everything for me, but acted like it was my fault. Not my best visit at Panera.

This panera is Ill-managed. They seem to consistently be out of different items, including smoothie mixes! I suggest the other 28th street panera, just east of the highway.
