Went threw the drive thru, ordered and waited, and waited, and waited some more. We waited about 10ish minutes after ordering and then finally got our food. Im going to be honest, Ive worked in food service and retail for over 10 years. When places are busy I dont mind. I was the first person. There was no one ahead of me. Maybe the dining room is busy? I thought to myself. I looked in threw the window. The two employees working the drive thru were just standing and chatting, not helping at all. At first I was annoyed, then I thought well maybe I ordered something that was still cooking? When I ate my food I have to say, it had probably been sitting there for a bit. When he the young man who had been standing there chatting finally retrieved our food he forgot our drinks and had to get them himself. The thought "you had one job" really stood out in my mind.

Decent dining room, service was quick, but cashier was disrespectful, after i paid for my meals which includes a drink I also ordered a free water cup and was filling up my drink cup, before I even had a chance to start filling my water cup with water he told me to make sure to put water only in the water cup all extra loud and in front of several customers, as if I were intending to steal an extra soda in the water cup

Disgusting! Twice I had a strand of hair on my grilled chicken. Have received bowl of gravy instead of potatoes and have paid for items not received. When I walked in today about the hair on my chicken and asked for the manager, another customer told me he was fixing an order they screwed up on yesterday. When you see this place run. Run as fast as you can to Long Johns or Taco Bell!

Ok, my food was great! That alone is worth 2 stars. I dined in however and that experience didnt help earn them more. The dining room did need to be cleaned as well as the drink fill area. The staff that assisted me at the counter wasnt very friendly. As for visiting the mens restroom to check it out for cleanliness it was locked. My visit was between 4 and 430p.

Went to the drive through, there were no other cars. Asked for 2 separate orders and they told us no. Went inside. Again, NO CUSTOMERS. Really? The employees were super rude. Didnt smile, didnt make eye contact. For the over-priced, mediocre food, the customer service seals the deal that Ill not be returning.

Ive come to the conclusion that when I order fast food from anywhere, I need to start checking everything before I leave the window. Even if I have to become "that" person. I ordered a famous bowl without corn, yet corn is what I received. *sigh

My rating is based on the spicy Smokey flavored chicken. It was extra crispy chicken drowned in a seasoned hot sauce. I did not like the texture. It would be better in a hot sauce packet that consumers can just sprinkle on their chicken.

Dined in. Staff was tolerant of customers, but not outgoing or friendly. Atmosphere leaves something to be desired. Food was okay. Seemed a little bleak. Wish I wouldve just gone through the drive-thru.
