Well Ill start by saying the food was good even biscuits was way over cook the main part of the meal was good. Now the reason it got a two star is because of the customer service was horrble I could of gotten better service from my nephews on the team member positions and nieces on mangement positions. There was a problem were another customer got my order and I had theirs by that time I was just wanted my order fulfilled it took me an additional 20mins to get my order right with management not giving a hand and me the customer being ignored when trying to speak with the manager the team member took his sweet time getting others orders out before handle mines I was very upset with the customer service and will not be returning.

From out of town and you should be able to count on good ole KFC. NOT THE CASE HERE!!! The WORST ever. Nothing on the buffet and they only charged me for an adult buffet with a free kid buffet, but my friend was charged for her children. When asking the very confrontational manager, she said it was only free for 3 and under. Asked for documentation and she said she didnt have it. This lady needs to get out of customer service. She should have at least gave one free with adult purchase as advertised. Then...fix the sign!!!

worse staff ever ANYWHERE!!! felt like i was a bother and constantly ignored (workers walking past like i was not there) plus i think they used the cold greasy water to wash the floors especially in the bathrooms. more than 75% of the customers were telling them about it and yet they did nothing even sending 2-3 workers on breaks to make sure anyone trying to enter got a nice dose of 2nd hand smoke on the way in!!! It was like a contest to see whom could do the least work and the poorest job!!!

Poor buffet selections. The chicken and biscuits were dry, even the fresh ones just put out. The "dessert" was a mushy glob of what I assume was supposed to be cinnamon and icing with who only knows what. The brownie was undercooked. The greens were bitter. The only good thing were the mashed potatoes. For the price I paid for my family at the buffet, we are all HIGHLY disgusted and disappointed. Never again will we come here.

The guy based Brittany who was working the drive thru was awful. He was trying to take our order and talk to someone else about his shift ending over the intercom the entire time. We had to give our order 3 times and he still got it wrong!!! The food was awful and very greasy, KFC back in Oklahoma was hell of a lot better than this KFC!!

Had the buffet for dinner last night and the chicken was so dry I had to soak it in gravy. Trash can was over flowing. Bar as a while was not maitained. I asked for an order of livers biggest. Mistake. Ever. Rating would be one but the peach cobbler was very good!! This was my experience, yours may be different.

I have no idea how this location is still in business? Each time I come here it takes at least 15 minutes for my food to be given to me even if Im the only person in the drive threw. In the past two months the drive threw has not been available due to numerous issues. Dont waste your money at this location

Seriously terrible service. They dont start making things till they are completely out so when we went to eat they were out of biscuits and corn. The buffet mac and cheese and the normal mac and cheese are different the workers filled the mac and cheese we got with half of one and half of the other.

So dissapointed! Staff seemed friendly enough but the buffet was terrible today. Everything was straight from a can and or burned. The only thing that was the standard Im used to was the chicken and brown gravy. Not coming back until Im assured to have the previous quality I had in the past.

Service is terrible. These people are more hood then the jail itself. People walking around high on drugs, crocks shoes, pants sagging and I witnessed them pulling the fried chicken out of the cooker with their hands after wiping their hands on their shirts. Dont go through the drive- thru.

Worst attitude from the girl taking my order that i have ever had spoken toward me. 3 times she told me my total while i was still ordering. And then huff and puffed, i thought the damn kfc was gunna fall down. Thank god i dont live near this kfc. And she forgot my silverware

I pull up through the drive-thru, and not only an I waiting at the speaker box for about 15 minutes, but they also got my order wrong -- TWICE!!!! I dont even know how thats possible. And I swear, the guy at the window looked like he was dopped up on something.

These people cant even count -- shorted us on our order after waiting in line for 10 minutes at 2pm, when there was absolutely no one else in line. I thought basic math was a requirement to work in America -- apparently not anymore.

Terrible food! Rubber chicken... Watered down Mac n cheese. Biscuits were overcooked. I spoke to manager and he offered no apologie or refund. Just said OK. Unacceptable! Lobby was filthy! Pics posted. To prove.

Dirty. Food was all over the floor at the buffet. We had to wash off our own table. The line was out the door as they seemed to be understaffed. Biscuits were like bricks.
